I see the answer that AP subscribers will get the PDF with their print preorder. My question is will non-subscribers get the PDF with a print preorder?

If we preorder this (and are not Adventure Path subscribers), will the PDF be included? If not, how much will the PDF cost as an add on?

As it stands, without the PDF, it would be better to preorder this on Amazon and save the shipping charges.
