GET YOUR CRIT TOGETHER!

5/5

What can I say about this monster of a critical hit system.

Streamlined,

Brutal,

Bloody,

Ingenious,

Murdering Mayhem with fountains of blood and more cheers for critical hits than one could ever hope for.

This books is a must for any group that loves combat and they want it full of broken teeth and ventilated lungs. It's a crit system you can drop into your current game without hiccups.

And there is way more!

Not only is TPK games giving a new way to handle critical hits in a sexy, sexy way. They also pumped out a truck-ton of new combat feats, archtypes, scars, and even new magical item abilities to keep your combat full of swift deadly action.

I have been playing with this system since Game Hole Con 2014 and my group has never turned back. But you don't have to take my word for it. Nope, take it from the 319 backers that have pumped out swimming pools of natural 20's during the Kick Starter beta.

Bottom line this book enhances the game we love in a way that has been missing. So "Get your Crit Together." Pick up the book. And start laying down some severity checks like it's nobody's business!

By Jupiter's, aww you know the rest.

This is one of my favorite classes in the history of d20. Seriously, if you like 300 and want to Spartan kick fools into the depths of the abyss you can! If Spartacus Blood & Sand had you saying, "Why can't I be this kind of badass?!" No questions, the rules are there.

Top this all off you are charismatic (role play bonus) and intelligent to boot!

Don't believe me come watch my review. Oh, and there is beer!

The Malefactor, fantastic base class edition!

5/5

First response after reading this book at the convention,

“I literally just forgot what I was going to play after reading this class.”

My local crew headed down to GaryCon V last weekend to partake in some tabletop awesomeness and of course to look around the vendor room. Little did I know that I would find one of my favorite new Pathfinder class to date, The Malefactor by TPK Games. But, let me give a little more of a break down before singing it’s cursed praise.

TPK Games (total party kill for those that wondered) has been putting out some quality print on demand products, but this was the first product I have actually had my hands on and I have to say I need to play this class.

This book contains 17 pages, 20 levels, feats, religion, archetypes, magical items and all of it based on a character class designed around being cursed. Yep, you are seriously able to play a character that focuses on using their bad luck to their advantage. If I haven’t said it, I love this idea. Here is just one power that made me go, “Yeah, this needs to happen right now.” Which was then followed by everyone at the table looking up from what they were doing with curiosity painted on their faces. But I digress. There is a point in time in this class when you get an ability called cursebound which grants you immunity to cursed items. Even better, you can use any beneficial properties of the item and receive none of the penalties. Now, lets take this one step further in the direction of greatness. If you then hand that same item to someone else the curse kicks back in, forcing them to start making saves and all that wonderful curse filled stuff. I’ll pause and let that sink in....

The Malefactor class by TPK Games is as sexy as it sounds and full of some unique swagger that fits into any campaign. Just imagine this class in the Council of Thieves adventure path where devils, contracts and tieflings play a huge roll. I’d say pick this up as a pdf or print on demand for your group and add some curses to your gaming collection. Now time for me to make my Malefactor / Witch combo!

Perfect like my Iron GM score!

5/5

This artist always produces an amazing product. This time is no different. His style and ability to bring monsters and NPC's to life at such a small scale is astounding. As a matter a fact it's so astounding it raises the bar for paper mini's everywhere.

This year when I compete at Iron GM I will use the best of his minis to produce yet another perfect score!

I swear that this artists dial goes way above 11 since every single mini pack keeps getting better.

The Corpsespun are my favorite thing Todd Westcot has done to date. Creepy looking little guys.

Keep up the awesome work and I want to see a Tarrasque in one of these!

Stunning Skill

5/5

Again this artist puts out polished work. His monsters make my players happy every time they sit down at the table. For me its all about the consistent art style of each piece.

Keep it up!

Good for everyday gaming!

5/5

I've always enjoyed paper minis and how great they are for not only the Adventure Paths but for filling out any adventure I run. Souls for Smuggler's Shiv paper minis bring the quality I expect yet again.

The new artist they've picked up has a great way of showing expression in such a small space. The silhouettes are powerful and player will recognize what they are dealing with at a glance. I can't wait to see more from him.

What I like most of all is how his style holds true through all the illustrations and the undead are just smashingly awesome! I know I'm using these this for years to come.

Oh one last thing. I sooo want these as icons for the paizo message boards!

Great Job to Paizo and Todd Westcot.

Ok so when?
