Tortles actually returned about year or less before the Lupin in Dragon Magazine. It was in one of their much ballyhooed January issues of rehash and specifically on Mystara. Spot Check: How close are the new Catfolk to Rakasta?
Every time i read or hear the slightest hint of comparison between "Catfolk" and Rakastas, my bones chill...
Apart from being both "catlike" races they do not have anything else in common! Abilities and culture of the Rakastas are unique!An official conversion on one of the most emblematic races of Mystara is missing...
Who cares if other "cat" races already exists, Rakastas are Rakastas!
While i await for that day to come... (zzzzzzz)... i use my own conversion.
