Syllogism is for suckers. At least that's what I've seen during my time in the church of Abadar. Yeah, you have an argument for rationale there, but that's not a codified statement of truth. My brother worked his butt off, writing legal documents that were brilliantly conceived and all according to The Order of Numbers. According to him, the general rule always applies to the specific, and he swore by that.
So when he went into Hell - a plane of Law that should adhere to his ideals - to negotiate a business agreement on behalf of some Absalom clients, he didn't make it out alive. Did he have it coming to him? If all subjects are obedient, and my brother was a subject, then therefore he must be obedient. Which is why I don't feel too bad that he was murdered by the end of a devil's spear.
Maybe he's turned into some inevitable who has access to the First Vault and can view the perfect form of every object known to humanity. But maybe - just maybe - there is no perfection on Golarion. After all, we're all just biding our time until lawlessness wins over us all.
Legal reasoning isn't a straight line. You've gotta finesse a bit, and that's where I come in. You want to make it legal, we'll figure out how.
