Most of that colony was centered on the far-side of the Narlmarches from where we are now, north and west of us, closer to the banks of the East Sellen River." "That's fascinating." Naleksa says with a smile. "So are we heading back or going to the rendezvous with short, dark and scaly?"

Naleksa looks at Celyne for a moment, then laughs. "I keep forgetting how sheltered you must have been. I'm fine, but thank you. Besides, I can't just take coin from the gnomes, and hand it to you, now can I?" She smiles. To Everyone About then, Zokon comes running back. Note: the party is about 50 feet back from the top edge of the map so you can see what's happening.

She is concerned about last night/this morning. "Here, in case tonight's as cold." She hands you a rolled up bit of parchment. Celyne:
It is a scroll of endure elements. Later, she reminds Numalar, and Posh that her tent is available for rent for 25 cp (optional extras being extra). The night cool and overcast, but passes without incident. Naleksa gets up during second watch, and makes some tea over the fire if you have one. Map folio updated.

A camp follower’s prices are 10% higher than standard due to scarcity. Any equipment purchased is limited by the follower’s carrying capacity unless she owns a mount, wagon, or other transport. One further GM caveat--she may not have large supplies of individual items she does have in stock (like say a half-dozen 10-foot poles).

"MEEP!" On reflex, Naleksa brings the 10-foot pole she was carrying to bear against the the suddenly appearing apparition of Zokon. 10-foot-pole: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16 damage: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4 Zokon narrowly ducks the blow. "Abadar's key to Calistria's vault! Where did you come from?"

While most people have a bedroll (Scarlet just has a blanket) no one has anything near as flashy as a tent. Some people just don't know when to come in out of the rain. I can see Naleksa retiring after this trip. So Posh are you looking to be fatigued tomorrow or blow some cash in the tumbly money tent? "You don't get out much, do you?" Are other folks doing anything at dinner? How about first watch?

What have you been drinking! I hadn't actually seen Naleksa journeying with you all what with all the work back at the trading post, but sure, she could be here. She was off screen parking the horses. ;) Naleksa quickly prepares to apply the Heimlich maneuver to Scarlet should she need to do so. Sometime that evening. Posh hears some one rapping at his door. By actions rather than words Naleska explains precisely what she wants--and seems plenty determined to take it this time! She doesn't need to tell you her backstory, you've read it before in the eyes of other women who feel they have little to trade on but themselves. Naleksa has grown up in the wake of encamped armies of noble houses, Worldwound crusaders, and mercenary gangs, earning her keep serving as a medic, a menial, a counselor and, well, a lady of leisure. She Mechanically speaking, she is camp-follower, a hireling that you do not need to pay for except when you make use of her services. So long as she can make enough coin to live she will probably hang around. Naleksa is a 1st level adept and can provide useful healing services (herbal, mundane and magical - 3sp per skill check). Given her pragmatic, wandering existence she counts as a small thorpe for purposes of the types of small, common, portable equipment items she might be carrying to barter (for 110% base value). This makes her relatively useful on the road, especially for low-level parties. That and she does wish to travel.
