Mylyna's page

Don't forget, not only is the town populated by at least one Sinspawn, (don't know that we figured out who/what the others were, but it also had a color out of space in it which is now, thankfully, gone.

As far as what to do next/where to go, Mylyna wouldn't mind finding more people. I mean this is supposed to be a prison island and we've seen surprisingly few people on it. Where are they all? was it only the one town? Who owns this mansion where Mylyna is sleeping snug as a snake in a rug? What happened to Xeros (he hasn't returned as I recall)?

Just a few things to consider I think.

No need to be sorry for me. Mylyna is doing fine. I'll admit she isn't one really built for an exploration game per se but she is still useful. Nothing is to say people can't come back for her but at the time they left it didn't make much sense for her to go along.

You are doing just fine. If the original ideas are gone then by all means, dream up new ones, you have a lot of freedom to come up with what happens. As far as Mylyna goes I think you've picked up fairly well on what she does, or should I say who*cough*anyone*cough*.

Mylyna listened to everything being talked about and was half tempted to go up with the others to see the devil again but she changed her mind when she shivered and said, "I'm going to get warmed up and take a nap I think. I'll be by the fire." She looked at Wallace and asked, "Would you please come help me arrange my nest once I'm in it?"

With that Mylyna began to slither her way back to where her nest of coats was near the fire place. Once she arrived she curled her coils up tightly in the middle of the coat pile and then began pulling coats over the top of her leaving only the side facing the fire opened for now so she could trap some warmth.

Sorry, I've gotten behind due to a posting explosion in all of my games this last week or so. I will get something up tonight or tomorrow.

When the call for the food came Mylyna quickly slithered her way into the dinning room to eat taking a place as close to the fire as she could. As the others talked Mylyna ate large quantities of fish faster than Xeros good making noises of appreciation for the flavor as she did. When Xeros began speaking of "Shivanii" Mylyna tried to remember why that name was familiar. Hadn't she heard them talk about Shivanii before?

If there was a bit of sadness or tension in the room over this talk of Shivanii Mylyna didn't seem to notice it as she kept eating. When she finally began to slow down she asked, "Ummmmm," she looked a little sheepish, "who was Shivanii and why is she gone?"

Oh I think I know who you need to give that flower too and I bet she's upstairs in a circle!

Mylyna kept petting the wolf, delighted the creature would let her do so, as they all began to talk. Something about what Neilina said was nagging at her and as the others started talking about some kind of green lady Mylyna kept thinking. Finally she seemed to perk up and said, "Ohohohohoh!"

Slithering to the side so as not to hurt the dog Mylyna slithered up to Neilina and said, "I think i know who you are supposed to give that too!" She bobbed up and down making all sorts of things jiggle and continued, "The scary lady in the circle upstairs! She's been here a long time, and she seems to know the Master of the house who has been missing a long time," Mylyna smiled brightly, "I bet she's the one that's meant for."

Lol, too bad Xeros' hugs are nothing like mine! I am the best hugger ever!

Mylyna realized just who the person in the kitchen was when Wallace called out her name and went very pale for a moment. Absently her hand began to scratch the wolf's ears. Her attention was caught again when Neilina mentioned Xeros and she seemed to forget about what was troubling her as she said, "Yep! Xeros keeps me warm at nights."

Mylyna shifted slightly as the wolf came to her and began to sniff at her. She despite her obvious desire to pet the "dog" she was nervous having him so close to her, possibly she'd had bad reactions from animals to her before, and she carefully kept one eye on him while watching the newcomer. "Nice to meet you Neilina."

Mylyna shifted and began to coil up her long body on the floor and then lowered herself to rest on top of them in a "sitting" position. "So how did you get here?"

Mylyna finally decided her answer to the question of inviting the devil to have a meal with them and said, "She's been living here, all alone, for who knows how long. As long as she promises not to do anything devilish I think we should invite her to eat with us since she lives here too."
It was then that Mylyna heard the doorbell ring and looked at the other's with curiosity, "were we expecting company?"

Having already set Wallace down Mylyna began to slither for all she was worth when she heard the door close signaling there wouldn't be more cold coming in and came rushing into the sitting room where the fireplace, and likely their guest, was. When she entered the room Mylyna saw the pretty lady with mismatched eyes and said, "Hi, I'm Mylyna!" She bobbed a curtsy in greeting before coming closer.

The first thing that would stand out, other than being a voluptuous woman with long red hair and pointed ears like an elf was that she was completely naked and far more well endowed than any elf ever born. As she came closer though her movements were off and as she came into full view it became obvious that below the waist she was a snake...a very big snake, thirty-six feet of what could only be a constrictor.

Slithered her way across the room and then saw that their guest was sobbing at the same time she noticed the wolf. Thinking it was a dog she was now torn, she wanted to comfort the woman, she wanted to pet the doggy, and her limited brain kind of froze up in indecision.

Oh Xeros is a very good bye.

As I recall he went outside to look for the kid while we checked inside didn't he?

I'd bet she'll be meeting a certain aquatic gargoyle anytime now. I wonder where he got off to anyway?

Ruh-roh, why do I think we're about to get a visit from the Master of the House?

*Starts slithering in a circle while dancing*

Mylyna seemed a little happier after all the praise but she didn't outright agree they were right. Deep down she knew what she was meant for, what her entire subspecies were bred for, and no amount of being told otherwise was likely to change that.

As the conversation shifted to whether they should invite the devil to dinner Mylyna was startled at the idea. She'd realized that the others were extremely nervous of being around her at the least, and that it was likely for good reason, but she did find the devil kind of funny. "It's probably lonely up there all alone all the time so she'd probably like to come down to dinner but...do devils even eat?"

Mylyna just shrugged in answer to Wallace's question and said, "I don't know, she seemed nice enough." The lamae drooped slightly as she said, "But what do I know I'm just a dumb plaything for people to have their way with." Her tone was rather sad as she spoke, like she realized what her place in life was and though she might try to ignore it knew she could never escape it.

Likely just down the stairs and waiting for the others.

Nodding firmly Mylyna says, "If you say so." Hearing Nalada's words caught Mylyna's attention and she realized this probably wasn't a very smart thing to be doing. Having realized that she didn't hesitate to attempt to scoop Wallace up and slither out of the circle and down the stairs with him.

As Walace sked to say goodbye to his Grams Mylyna felt a bit of moisture leak from her eye. She agreed with her companions words agreeing and slithered forward to hug him real before letting him go. As they made their way back down to the room where the devil woman was trapped. That she couldn't see Wallace even when he was right in front of her was interesting.

Mylyna, not being the smartest cookie, found this fascinating and, without thinking, slithered into the circle to where Wallace was. "You really can't see him huh?" She leaned down to place her hands on Wallace's shoulders, "He's right here...can you feel him if you reach out?"

Mylyna considered and then said, "She didn't seem all that bad, even if she was kind of scary looking,' she looked at the other ladies briefly and then back to Wallace as she continued, "but they all say not to talk to her so just ignore her K?"

Mylyna listened to Wallace ask about "The Red Lady" and considered as she asked, "Do you mean the one with all the horns and the scrolls hanging off of them?" At Wallace's nod Mylyna chirped, "Yep!" She leaned in close and asked him, "Does she scare you?"

As far as what to do from here;

1.) We need to figure out what to do about Wallace.
2.) Possibly find out who is the owner of the mansion
3.) Possibly use Mansion as base to explore
4.) Explore town
5.) Maybe find a way off island.

As Wallace told them of his curse Mylyna considered it for a moment and brightened as she said, "Oh that's easy, just don't bleed and you're fine!" It seemed that Mylyna didn't make the connection between what happened to Wallace's Grandmother and him. Instead she curled down and around to hug him and said, "You’ll be alright, we'll take care of you." She meant every word of it too, at least at the moment, whether that would hold true or not was another matter entirely.

Oh Gods, this kid is Lobo!

Mylyna's mind became derailed quickly in the conversation by one word, curse. She failed to notice anything odd as she wondered what the kid meant by "curse". She didn't understand why he was here, or why his grandmother was either, but that word niggled at her. Finally she asked, "What curse?"

Mylyna nodded, her whole body bobbing up and down with the motion in a sinuous wave, and said, "It's alright, why don't you come with us and we'll go back downstairs." She smiled widely, her fangs showing, as she said, "And if any scary old monsters try to hurt you I'll crush them for you in my coils."

As they moved on Mylyna blew a kiss at the sexy devil while slithering around her prison and followed the other ladies up the stairs into the attic. She looked around curiously at the place while they searched for Wallace and was relieved when they found him. She like the kid and hadn't wanted anything to happen to him, turns out she got her wish. She slithered closer and then rose up to peer of Yelens shoulder and down at Wallace as she asked, "Is what gone Wallace?"

She is one sexy devil.

Mylyna was intrigued by this strange woman she was sure she'd been seen a male one before though she was pretty sure that his endurance was lacking but he had volumes of experience and did some sinfully inventive things to her. Then again maybe she was just imagining it. She spoke up and said, "Hi porcupine lady! You can call me Mylmmmphhhh!" She had started to try and talk to the woman but a blue hand wrapped around her mouth and silenced her.

She turns gravely to her tiny water elemental, which is worriedly wringing its watery "hands," and says, "She's dead, jinn."

Pffft! OMG! Awesome!

Mylyna saw the body and heard what Yasmin and Yelen said and frowned sadly, "Maybe wallace ran away when she died?"

Seeing what Yelen is trying to do to get through the door Mylyna slithered back to get as much room as she could and then called out, "Move!" She began to speed down the hall as fast as she could using her momentum and considerable mass to slam into the door as hard as she could.

Not sure of what, if anything, I should roll but this is a huge mass that's just slamming into the door with as much speed as possible. It's probably going to hurt me but I intend to get that door down.

Mylyna was surprised when the elemental kissed her and dropped to the floor. She cried out in fear when she saw it sploosh into a puddle and thought it was dead. Tears welled up in her eyes a moment only to stop as she cheered when it reformed, "Yay! You're alright!" She watched in amusement as the elemental ended up on Yasmin's shoulder again preening triumphantly.

When it was brought up that the pup was missing Mylyna seemed to get a little sad, when it was mentioned that Wallace and Katherine were missing the lamae became very nervous. As Xeros leapt up to do his Mistress' bidding Mylyna quickly leaned out to him and kissed him firmly on the lips before retracting and saying, "that's for good luck." She twisted around then and said, "I hate to let him go alone, I don't think we should split up any more than we need to..." she seemed saddened, "bad things happen when we split up."

Mylyna giggled at the feel of the water elemental on her skin. That it left no moisture trail was truly and odd sensation and she looked into it's beady eyes as it scrutinized her face. When it suddenly slid down her back to her tail and started jumping on her scales Mylyna started slightly in surprise causing an undulation to go through her entire body but she twisted around to look at the tiny creature when Yasmin told her what it wanted and laughed as she said, "This isn't the kind of ride I usually give someone," her eyes twinkled in delight, "but I'll make an exception for you."

With that Mylyna began to slither as quickly as she could, her coils looping around Yasmin as she went, and then looped around the kitchen, partly up a wall, and then continued on into the room she had slept in the night before. She looked back periodically to make sure the jinn was still there and having fun.

I'll be going to Origins this coming week so after I leave for work on Tuesday posting will be sparse/non-existent until I get back on Sunday. Please bot me as needed.

At the suggestion that Mylyna could carry the little Jin around she nodded eagerly and reached out gently to the little creature. She held her hand out and let the elemental decide if it wanted to come to her or not.

Mylyna was surprised when the little elemental moved so fluidly up Yasmin's arm. She got a very close look at it when it reached Yasmin's shoulder. She was startled when it poked her in the nose and caused her to giggle. "Aren't you so cute," she crooned to the little elemental. "I'm Mylyna, what is your name little one?"

Mylyna finished her food as Yelen and Nalada went upstairs to get dressed and gathered up her dishes to take to the sink. She slithered her way over, making a loop of Xeros as she did, her scales brushing along his. When she reached the sink she set her dishes into the sink and then coiled up right behind Yelen and pressed close as she looked over the woman's shoulder at what she was doing.

Mylyna's attention was quickly drawn to the little elemental and she asked, "What is that and where did you find it?" She leaned in fairly close to the elemental in fascination as it cleaned off the dishes. She had no clue what it was but it was kind of neat.

Mylynna was pleased when Nelada came over to her but wasn't content with a kiss on the forehead. Instead she tilted her head at the last moment and planted her lips quite firmly against Nelada's. Once she was satisfied with the kiss she broke off and said in a pleased tone, "Yes, I did." Her food before her now Mylyna tore into it voraciously.

Mylyna was about to shake her head and say that Xeros didn't eat the whole platter...yet, but the gar came in and defended himself personally. She Blushed slightly at Yasmin's compliments of the amount of muscle in her tail and said, "That sounds great! Ham, eggs, yay!"

Mylyna waited impatiently for her food to be done while Xeros scarffed his down. It was around then that Nalada appeared and gave Xeros a kiss on the cheek. Mylyna pouted at the drowess and asked sulkily, "Where's my kiss?"

With the scent of food and Xeros' movements to try and reach it Mylyna finally woke up enough to start moving from beneath her coats and release Xeros as she slithered towards the kitchen. She took a spot at the table and looked at Yasmin with a pout, "Where's my food?"

Mylyna laughed at Xeros' display at her spell starting the fire. He was kind of like a big puppy just then, fascinated by what she did, but given he'd lived his whole life underwater it came as little surprise to her that he would be entertained.

When Xeros returned to her embrace she moved her coils to wrap around him again as she considered what else she could do. "Hmm, I can cast charms and short curses on people, I can overwhelm people with unnatural lust," she smiled wickedly, "and I can f+#* really well."

Mylyna looked at the logs and then at Xeros' inability to light the fire. It seemed the aquatic gargoyle didn't know how to start a fire. Thinking on it she supposed it made sense since there wasn't any fire underwater. She smiled lazily at him and said, "Because you need a spark or fire to start the logs burning. Like this." She chanted, gestured, and a small spark leapt from her fingers and landed on the logs. It took a moment but they began to smolder and then burst into flames as a new fire was started in the hearth.
