Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

I'm ok with a side jaunt, but I'm much more interested in the main campaign.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

We've seen this game die and revive before. I'm sure we'll all still be here when you are ready to return to it.

Take care of yourself.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Do we know what we're doing here? Tell 'em we were following an apple."

"Not really. More like he...traded...with Sky here. I don't really know how it worked, only that it didn't work the way it was supposed to. Ragnar's gone, so we can't ask him, and Sky don't really remember much. I'd bet your eyeballs that it won't be permanent though."

"She's on the other side with Ragnar. I'd imagine she'll show back up when he's done bein' dead."

"Careful pal, the lady's spoken for." says the black bird on her shoulder.

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Mini Quest, please.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Cheery place."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Well, tell 'em, already."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Go ahead. I like the idea of knowing weird languages, but there's really no reason for us both to do it, and you have the diplomacy. I'm just a jerky bird.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

I'll do it. We can explain it away as some kind of Vigdir thing.

Don't suppose that along with the language fluency can get a basic idea of who these guys are?

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"That there is one handy trick. Thanks.

Muni flaps back up to Ilona's shoulder and looks around.

"Anyone else realize they aren't hungry? I don't know if I can ever remember being not hungry."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Muni complains quietly.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Oh, that's good!" Muni clicks, drinking happily. "Tastes salty sweet like a nice ripe eyeball."

Then he mimics Gilian's song doing a surprisingly good impression.

44/60 hp

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

29/60 HP

"Ow." Muni gasps, his little feathered breast heaving.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

Muni takes the blast full in the beak sending him skidding to the ground in a jumble of feathers.

Or rather, six jumbles of feathers.

Flapping awkkwardly to his feet he sputters and gasps. "Give me a f!*#ing break! I can't win for losin' here!

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Fine! You want me, come and get me."

Cast Mirror Image 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

In a kaleidoscope of magic suddenly the are more Munis.

"All of me."

Round #4, Initiative: before everyone else
AC16+whatever Duncan gives as cover,
HP 60/60 SE 1/14
behind cover, 5 mirror images

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"What the hell is wrong with you little bastards!" Muni squawks as Gilian's healing energy flows through him.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Muni swoops down takes cover beneath Duncan, squawking incoherently.

Round #3?, Initiative: before everyone else
AC16, HP 18/60
Full defense, behind cover

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

So you're saying no summon undead and no healing sting, even though they've been firmly established in the game?

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Seriously, you little s~$@, every time you hit me I'm going to rip out a peice of you to fix the damage. Go. Away."

1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25

1d12 ⇒ 9

Round #2?, Initiative: before everyone else
AC16, HP 48/60
Healing Sting

HP back up to 57

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Round #1, Initiative #1
AC 16, HP 48/60

Vampiric touch to wisp

damage 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9

Hp back up to 57

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Ok you little glowy jerkball, c'mere..."

1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27 touch attack

Muni's talons glow with faint red energy as he attempts to fight back.

Vampiric Touch, DC 24 Fort save

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"OwowowF*CKOW!" Muni yells trying desperately to keep away from the angry ball of light.

I didn't see my name in the initiative order, so I'm not sure when I'm supposed to act. I thought I'd give a reaction post anyway though.

HP 48/60

SP 8/14

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22

Muni flaps ungracefully away from the charging lights, darting behind Ilona.

"AWK! Blast'em BLAST'EM!!!"

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Don't suppose anyone bothered checking to see if there was any diference in th' magic auras these things have? Or if one of 'em's particularly more apple shaped than th' others?"

Detect Magic, and take 20 on a perception check to study the lights. 48 total.

If for some reason I can't take 20, here's a roll 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (7) + 28 = 35

Solvistania Elghreah wrote:
"Theses are wisps...fae originating before the Sundering.

"Wait, so they're alive? Was ours alive? How do ya detect if somethin's alive or not? Think we could just blast 'em and look of th' one that doesn't scream? How about divinations to figure out which one isn't trying to kill us?"

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Muni just sighs and ruffles his feathers. "Raise your hand if you didn't see that coming. That way I know who to make fun of."

1) what is Powerful Charge and where did you get it from? That feat is not from Midnight and it's not from my Feats document. The same goes for Greater Powerful Charge.

These are from the 3.5 Miniatures Handbook.

Knowledge (Lore), but you don't have it on your skills list.

That's because under the new system I only have one secondary skill.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Muni reads dornish, but I'm not sure what to roll here.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Guess I shoulda just called up one of yer grandparents and had 'em poke you in the eye to make my point when we met? Birds don't lie unless they're hungry. 'Course, we're hungry a lot. Nevermind. Let's see what Worlds Best Mother wants."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Hold on, let me get this straight. First your little hooligans attack us, and you call me names for hauling 'em up short. Then when I call you on your sh*tty parenting skills, you threaten to eat me? Lady, I'm pretty sure you just proved my point. It obviously ain't yer kids that are the problem. And if you're going to loom in the shadows and try to be scary, you're doing it all wrong. Seriously, arguing with talking animals doesn't do much for your credibility."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"What's yer point? When you raise 'em t' act like assh*les you shouldn't be surprised when someone takes 'em from you. You should feel lucky my boss ain't here. He gets a little bent about child abuse."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

So the undead I controlled are gone?

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

I guess I'll just insult them then?

At this point I probably have 2 undead minions now. They don't seem too tough, but they have the ability to actually do damage, unlike, say, Muni.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"You, help him! Make 'em stop already!"

second verse same as the first. Control Undead on a second target.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Started with an 18, added +4 Racial, +1 from fourth level, +2 from the Wise trait (taken twice), +2 from the Moral Training feat, and +1 from the Chronicler Path.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Flapping into the air to get clear of the mess, Muni squawked in alarm.

"Hey! What part of knock it off don't you understand. You! Make them stop attacking us!"

Command Undead, DC 23 if they have minds. (no save if mindless)

SP 9/14

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Hey kids, knock it off wouldja?"

Halt Undead DC 24 will save (no save if they're mindless), 3 targets, the ones farthest back from the melee folks.

11/14 SP

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"How 'bout we just kill 'em enough to make 'em stay that way this time?"

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Ok, I think I'm ready to go.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

Hmm. I doubt it. It's a pretty big holiday here in the US today and all the preparations leading up to it has eaten all my time lately. I'm going to be up most of the night tonight and will probably be asleep at this time tomorrow. I can probably have it done by tomorrow night, but not during the day.

DH, you updated yet?

Close. Paizo was giving me issues last night but I worked it out on a word file. Now it's just a matter of double checking my math and copy-pasting. I'll be able to do that today.

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

ok, now I remember why I hadn't gotten this done earlier. I'm having a serious problem opening the feats document. I've tried it a bunch of different ways and at best I can open it in simple text, where it's extremely garbled and full of formatting errors.

Can you copy it into a google doc like your house rules, or something like that?

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"Oh come on! I thought I was all done with crying ghost kids for a while!"

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

1d12 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19

"I think I liked him better when he was a summoned shade. He was a lot less prone to whining then."

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20

Raven Spiritual Channeler 5

"How the hell are all of you so damn good at coming up with long rhymes off the top of your heads? I think the lot of you missed your calling. I hear there's nothing old Izzy hates more than bad poetry.
