Just received mine today in Georgia!!

We did it! We had Valeros, Lini, and Amiri. We finished Brigandoom! Then we finished Pillbox first try. We closed all locations on Black Fang, and Lini uncovered him on the last blessing card. Needless to say, we lost that one! There were no cards or powers we had to help out the poor little Druid. It was sadness all around, but we are ready to go after him again!

First two games we had Valeros, Harsk, and Kyra. The last game we had Valeros, Lini and Merisiel. We did better the last game, but were unable to close two locations, and spent a lot of time trying to turn over cards to empty the locations. Very few blessings cards seemed to be available, so we couldn't explore multiple times on our turns.

Hadn't noticed that about Harsk! We've played this scenario three times and lost all three! The kids are getting bored with it....

I just received this game recently, and my kids and I have been playing it during this catastrophic Atlanta ice storm (I love snow days!). We have a question that I have been unable to find an answer for: If I give a card to another character at the beginning of my turn, am I allowed to refresh my hand with a new card from my deck BEFORE I start my encounter?
