Does the Summoner loose spells at level 5? Are they no longer able to cast level 1 spells at 5?

So this might be strange or weird but I want to cook food for my groups next session, the twist is I want to cook food from where their characters are from. So Im looking for one of two things-
Either the real world equivalent of Korvosa, Cheliax, Shonti, and Irrisen
OR
A Pathfinder style cookbook with lists of food from all around the world.

I was not playing Pathfinder when it first came out. I feel like I missed out on a lot and this is giving me the opportunity to do that again. So excited and after the listen through of the Glass Cannon Podcast of 2e it sounds good. Can't wait

The GCP is by far one of, if not my favorite Pathfinder podcast and I can't wait to hear their take on the same Starfinder game. In my dreams there is a cross over episode of the GCP guys and the RFC guys.
