Hi folks,
Our gaming group here in Adelaide Australia are about to embark on an adventure. Running Rise of the Runelords using the E6 variant system for Pathfinder.
I have looked on a number of threads about how this probably isn't the wisest thing due to the CR of the Hook Mountain Massacre section onwards. But I plan to alter all the encounters so that it is difficult and will require more planning, but possible. I will likely make the Karzoug encounter a CR 13.
If anyone else has done this before, can you please let me know how you did it, or if you are feeling generous, let me see some of your conversions?
Failing that, for anyone wanting to do this in the future, I should have some conversions I can send your way instead. We have 6 players (and 2 GM's) and I was already planning on slowing the progression down so that the characters would be level 6 when they finish the second act (The Skinsaw Murders). So I'm not going to change any of the encounters until then.
