"Nasty creature, they come out at night amd infest the entire district...they're responsible for more then half all deaths in that part of the city" Minato awnser's, grip on the reins of the horses tightening for a moment as real spite leaves his mouth. Minato explain's, holding up a heavy tome that seem's to be 100% made of the skin of different humanoids...it also seems to sport a face with sunken in eye's and a mournful frown.

"The Necronomicon took you to the Dark Tapestry, I can tell you more about that later however. It's a very...complicated place. he explains, tucking the tome back into his pile and having Thanatos carry it. "...and your face hurts because i had to smack you out of it

He then rear's a hand back, then slaps the elf across the face harshly. the stinging pain of the strike makes the darkness fade along with the eye's. Leo is now free...and his face hurt's.

"Apologies, are you...alright?"

"...is whoever is speaking, speaking to me?" the boy's young voice calls from behind his tower of books. He can't see Leo at all.
