Alright,

So say there is a loot drop of a +1 Longsword. And I get lucky enough to get the longsword. Well by this point I have enough gold saved up I wanna increase the magical enhancement. So I go to the Blacksmith or whomever does these things and I ask for it.

Do I have to play 8000 Gold to buy the +2 Enhancement or do I need to pay the difference in price between +1 and +2 which is 6000 Gold?

Wouldn't banning the Summoner restrict the list of Arcane casters to Bard/Skald and Magus?

Also he added an edit saying it was an oversight.
