I felt the adventure was lots of fun and well balanced between RP, skill challenges, and a tough boss fight. It really made the location feel unique, and I'm hoping there's a follow-up down the line.
This book reminds me of Faces of Sigil. That Planescape book was one of the best rules-lite splatbooks of all time that described, often in fiction form, all the NPCs of Sigil, their connections, motivations, and a ton of possible plot hooks.
This book is Golarion's equivalent as is that level of quality. It has great stories for those who just like to read about the setting. But is also can be used for many adventure ideas.
If you like Golarion, I highly recommend this book.
