If a PC has/gains a subtype of any kind does he then qualify for feats, weapons, ect. of that subtype
Example:
If a Human Sorcerer Gains an Orc 'subtype' (Orc Bloodline), Does he then gain the chance to take Orc feats and such, kind of along the same lines as if he had taken the 'Racial Heritage' feat?
