About Marla Gunddur

Background:
Marla Gunddur was a quiet young Dwarven woman working as a family chronicler until the day she uncovered the chronicle of one of her own ancestors, a man named Brak who was disgraced and had his name erased from her family's history. Curious, she dug into the matter, finding Brak's tomb and unsealing it, only to find that Brak's disgrace took the form of a terrible curse that tied his spirit to the axe that was buried with him. Opening the tomb unleashed the curse onto her family once more, and Brak informed Marla that if she wanted to banish the stain on the family, she had to take his axe from the city and go forth into the world to find a way to remove the curse. She packed her things and traveled to other Dwarven communities to search their libraries, and was eventually directed to Absalom when she encountered the Pathfinder Society. The Society seemed to be an excellent way to travel more and expand her research, so she and Brak joined.

Kayle's Blessing: You gain a +1 Luck bonus on any saving throw against a dragon's breath weapon. This bonus can be applied after a roll os made but before the results are determined. You may only use this ability once per saving throw. This ability may only be used three times.

Jiraku's Respect: You have helped the dosojin kami Jiraku restore her faith in her stewardship of the Pilgrim's Path. She gifts you with a portion of her power as a blessing. By checking the box that precedes this boon, you may use one of the follwing spell-like abilities. Use your character level as the caster level, and use either your own Charisma or 17 (whichever is higher) for determining any saving throw DCs.
