Backstory:

Backstory- Marcus was raised by a small Elven community called, Little Hollow to be a guide and protector and connection to the nearby villages the Elves traded with. He was raised communally calling most elders ‘Uncle or Aunty’ in the Elvish tongue.
When he was old enough to understand he was told he was an Orphan, sired by a dead woman who had been traveling with a passing caravan that fell victim to human bandits (FE- Human) and he was told of his expected role and his training with the woodsman began. He learned the ways of the forest and the dangers that lurked there. He learned to fight, ride and shoot. Preferring Melee over archery (he was naturally better at it and found Bows of limited use in the dark of night, where most threats lurk) He filled his role admirably. That is until a demon inadvertently conjured by a local bumbling sorcerer’s apprentice was responsible for a plague of undead that over a 2 week siege eventually wiped his home. Barely escaping with his life, he went to the cities seeking the magical means to track down the demon, whom destroyed his comfortable existence and simply vanished after the attack.
