It doesn't state that I need to overcome the block, and they even mention that it isn't always nessacary. I imagine a couple of Aes Sedai still have a block, it just goes unnoticed simply because it is a serene or happy mood that isn't noticed as often. I figure since Nynaeve hasn't overcome hers and is still Aes Sedai it shouldn't be too big of a deal (iirc, I haven't read the latest book yet).

However I think I will go Wilder/Initiate.

Right so I have the following ideas traveling in my head now...

Wilder 5 Aes Sedai 1
Polygot (B)
Sense Residue, Extra Talent, Tie Off Weave, MultiWeave, Extra Talent

Pros -- 4th level weaves, 3 talents, will be good at overchanneling, skill point balance
Cons -- Only Spirit Affinity, weavesight is lacking

OR

Wilder 3, Initiate 2 Aes Sedai 1

Polygot (B)
Sense Residue, Tie Off Weave, Extra Affinity, Extra Talent, Multiweave, Extra Talent

*Built assuming prophecies of the dragon multi classing rules

Pros -- 3 Talents, 3 Affinities, weavesight and overchanneling, legitimate by the game world (happens regularly in the books)
Cons -- Limited Skill points, 3rd level weaves would be the highest.
