I decided to be a Dark Tapestry Oracle. I also picked the trait that my friends are dragging me to "Cheat the Devil" tournament, so if you want to drag me there let me know! Also, I built this oracle to be stealth/disguise/smooth-talker, and if we really just need a rogue, I can just make one instead, but let me know what you want.

Samara doesn't know where she came from, only where she was found. Supposedly her parents, finding her appearance too hard to bare, dropped her off in the streets of Riddleport to die, swaddled in a thick black cloth.

It is a rare occasion when thieves and scoundrels have more heart than one's parents. They took turns raising her, and teaching her how to be a beggar with 'broken limbs' and, as she grew older, used her to distract pedestrians so that one of her teammates can pick their pockets. She eventually realized the long black cloth she was swaddled in had some sort of magical property that allowed her to stealth better. She spent stolen money to turn it into a cloak for easier use, and named it the cloak of darkness.

However, despite growing up in the underworld of Riddleport, she always was afraid of something. She would hear voices no one else could hear, and would dream of ghosts trying to warn her or communicate with her. When she tried to draw items from bags, it always seem there was an invisible hand in the bag hindering her. Though these signs of poltergeists frightened her, she grew accustomed to them over time. In fact, she learned to control the poltergeist and would have them tip dice in her favor during the gambling nights or when she was surrounded by men with knives she would use the poltergeists to make noises and distract the enemy or even have the ghost 'push' people and use dazzling faerie lights in order to escape into the darkness to hide. It even got to the point she would take the job as a ghost medium just to swindle a couple more coins from people.

Unfortunately her instincts were telling her something was coming. Or maybe it was perhaps her ghosts telling her this? The dark cloud looming in the sky certainly was unnerving, but people in Riddleport seemed to pay it no mind, so why should she? Yet she could not shake the nervous feeling in her gut.

Well her friends were getting antsy for money again, and were in 'need' of her special talents of dice pushing. So, it was time she had to show her usefulness again at the gambling tournament "Cheat the Devil and Take his Gold".
