About Luljeta Alraune

Backstory:
Luljeta hails from the far western city of Magnimar, and has traveled to the River Kingdoms to "help propagate a garden of souls." In her words this means "sowing the seeds of reverence of the Celestial Gardeners," allegedly beneficent beings who "nurture the growth of souls as we would flowers." Beyond this, Luljeta claims her origins are "nothing worth noting, and you really should mind your own business."

While her demeanor is sinister, perhaps intentionally so given her sense of humor, Luljeta's ultimate goal is to mastermind mystery cults to the empyreal lords. Her favored empyreal lord is Arshea, "for who else best represents the blooming flowers of blessed souls?" Whether this is referring to flowers being as much about sex and beauty as Arshea is or to something less literal is unclear.
