Backstory:

Lt. Krema grew up on a space station orbiting Earth as part of an experimental program to see the effects of zero gravity on developing Vesk bodies and minds. Possessing thinner bone structure, but far more innate grace than normal Vesk, the experiment was considered a success.
Both of Krema's parents were military researchers for the new Terran alliance. His father had adopted a human last name, while his mother kept her traditional Vesk title, which lead to the strange hyphenation of Krema's last name. Although there was love for both each other and their young child, their hearts belonged to the service, and the young Krema's bedtime stories were often military reports.
Unsurprisingly, Krema decided to follow in his parents footsteps. Although he was a genius by all accounts, and showed excellent potential as a gunner, a technician, or even a hacker, his true passion was... paperwork. Krema loved filling out paperwork more than anything else in the world. In testing, it was discovered that this strictly regimented mind of his made him surprisingly resilient to TK probes and attacks. This made him invaluable as a quartermaster and strategist, but he insisted he be put on the front lines, where he could do the most good for the alliance. Often upgrading his own body to surpass the physical limitations of both his brain, and under-developed bone structure, Lt. Reginald-Zretaden makes an effective soldier, no matter where he is positioned.
Although humorless, he is good natured, genuinely beleiving in the motto to serve and protect. He makes it a point to study as many different cultures as he can, and derrives genuine enjoyment from meeting people and aliens from different cultures and walks of life. He takes no joy in mechanical work, or shooting. He would be happiest if he could fill out his forms in triplicate, all day, every day. But his strong sense of duty won't let him rest.
