The Bestiary part contains a Gazebo. Enough said.

Just with Pathfinder, I don't think so.
However, I know some things that can help you, 3pp materials. I assume your are the DM, so you can use these without problem, in theory. These are the Fleshbound vampire by Sean K. Reynolds, which do give you some kind of sunlight immunity, but make you lose a lot of typical vampire powers. The second one is a 3pp D&D feat, Sunlight Immunity, who is explicit about what it give (here and here are the prerequisites), but your dear vampire will smell ofdatura ferox. which is a musky plant, quite of a disagrement, not gonna lie. But I assume a vampire can afford perfumes, right ?

Anyway, that's all I know of, and that's not official content (even if the template is from Sean K. Reynold). I hope somebody can help you better than I. Good luck.

Thank you, I'll dig in this stuff when I could. Do you know (if that's not asking for too much) in wich book I could find these things ?

asking for people to produce art (with no mention of compensation) is probably a no-go.

Sorry, I was unclear, I wasn't hoping for art, just for ideas. The title "draw me a velstrac" is just a title, I'm sorry, didn't thought a lot about it. Helas, I cannot change it now. Sorry again.

The ideas I got so far are :
1. A hole through the body, likely through the torso.
2. Nails instead of teeth, even if it might be a pain to it with these.
3. A crown of iron thorns.
4. Zippers are cool, thanks Dave Justus, on the lips maybe, or vertically on the torso, opening up on ribs.
5. Sewed up lips with iron wires.
6. Edward Scissorhands-like hands.
7. Chains in place of hair.

So as you can see, not a lot. That's why I was asking for help. Again, I'm not asking for art, sorry for the misleading thread title.

She's only CR 28, but I believe Black Butterfly is the single hardest Paizo monster to deal with.

I totally agree with that. It's a real pain to confront. Big C. was easier to fight.

I'm a big fan of Hellraiser, so naturally I love kytons (velstracs, as they call themselves, as written in Planar Adventures). Thanks to whoever made them into Pathfinder the way they are.

I'm gonna play one (kind DM taking my love for the thing in consideration, evil campaign, powerful PCs, begin at level 5, in Cheliax), and long story short a 3pp class will give me two other velstracs as allies.
Now this is were I need you.
I dont have any idea for the design of these lovely creatures that I don't find too closely related to Clive Barker's work. So I thought, why not asking here for some ? You can do only visual appearance, and I'll do the rest, or if you want you can stat and name your creation, even writing about his background. Rules are : Kyton subtype, and CR10.
I lobe body horror, so no mutilation is "too hardcore" for me (and my fellow players are ok with it too), just keep in mind that it must be correct enough for these boards. Other than that, your creativity and your possibly twisted minds don't have limitations, even in rules, as we allow any 3pp stuff and even stuff from DnD 3.5 and the like (but if you use this kind of things, please provide a link, for I may not know what is this thing you're using).

As a sidenote, I'm new here, so if I make mistakes let me know. And I'm not a native english speaker, so I'm sorry if my approximative comprehension of your language disturb you.

TL;DR : I need some ideas for two kytons (CR10) appearance (you can provide more than just appearance if you like to). Feel free to add. Also I'm new.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

First thread, if I'm making a mistake let me know.

I didn't wanted to necro an old thread, but I wanted to say that Silencer - Sterile Nails And Thunderbowels was perfect for good ol' Zon-Kuthon. This, or if you like french there is Gris - Cicatrices. The screams (especially on the first one at 4:26) are particulary... pleasing to ear, if you are in a kuthite mood.

Hey, if I wanted I could propose theme songs for each of the kyton demagogues.

I also feel like Nocte Obducta - Dinner Auf Uranos is particulary fitting with the Black Butterfly.

And I could not speak about gods theme song without speaking about my beloved Great Cthulhu. So here are two songs, Septicflesh - Our Church Below The Sea and Smohalla - Marche Silencieuse.

Anyway, which song do you think makes a good theme song for a god ?
