I am having the same problem. I can't download anything. It just stops at the personalization, and I click the link again (ranging from 5-20 minutes wait) and still get nothing. The credit card processing for the physical ship item also took forever, so I am assuming the servers really can't handle the load. Well maybe I will get my physical box before the downloads, one way or the other I will be able to play.
