Hi, really exited about having certain abilities only available at some settlements, and those settlements able to select the price for the training.
I would love to see this taken to the next level though:
Give settlements the ability to issue quests, that the players can undertake, for which the reward would be some form of special currency, unique for each settlement, which the players can then use for training.
The quests should all be beneficial to the settlement.
They could be simple (give x crafting materials), more advanced (have random different enemy creatures spawn around the settlement, from which the settlement gets some bonuses based on how low their number is, so they must issue kill quests for creatures that are increasing in numbers) or more elaborate quests, like go to mine/tower/etc kill boss, return special item, settlement gets item, players get training tokens/currency.
The last part might me a little too difficult to implement, but I think the first two are fairly easy, and would add a lot to the living/sandbox feeling of the game.
