♀ Human Cleric of Shelyn
Livia smiles broadly and laughs lightly "Oh singing doesn't have to fancy, it just needs to be fun. Bar tunes, ballads, opera songs... really, if it's a good tune, they'll all bring out some kind of emotion when done right." Standing up, Livia starts into an old and very well known Varisian folk tune, as if to prove a point. She waves at the others to join in. Performance, Singing: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Anton Chauvelle wrote: Anton thanks his host again, then turns to the young woman (Livia). "You've got a really fine voice. You sing in the theater in Magnimar?" Smiling, Livia bowed graciously and sat down beside Anton "I grew up at the Opera House, or around it. My father was a tenor there; he taught me to sing." It was clear to Anton that Livia was remembering her childhood fondly. Though it was unconventional and erratic, it was filled with art and music. Turning towards Anton, Livia smiled "How about you Anton?"

Taking great joy in celebrating with the Bâlans, Livia gladly partakes in song, leading more than a few joyful tunes she had been taught by her parents. Some of the songs she sang were varisian folks songs, but to change it up, she through in a few more approachable pieces of chelish opera that were a little more technically difficult. She even took the opportunity to wink at the young starstruck boy, inviting him to rejoin the festivities and not to be so embarrassed. Suddenly, the caravan went quiet as new arrivals came into their midst. Looking towards Grandmother Bâlan, Livia smiled as she picked up on her subtle body language Followers of Shelyn, they are differing to me. An honor, and a sign of trust. Nodding respectfully at the woman who had so many more years of experience then herself, Livia turned her attention towards to Anton. Giving him a discerning look with a feigned seriousness for a moment, Livia finally broke the silence with a laugh and smiled broadly "Yes of course, this is a joyful event. My name is Livia, and these fine and most considerate hosts are the Bâlans. Please introduce yourself and join us. There is food and drink." Moments later, one of the Bâlans children brought yet another arrival to the camp. Looking her way, Livia's eyes widened "Shoanti? Today is full of surprises; you do us great honor with your presence, please join us!" Looking back over at Anton, and again at Mara, Livia adds "Shelyn is truly blessing us this day, new friends to join us on our travels to Sandpoint. How wonderful." This is definitely one of the most optimistic and happy characters I have ever designed XD

Entering the quarters of the Abbess, Livia made sure to bow in order to show her deference. Listening intently, Livia tried to contain her glee at the prospect of adventure outside the walls. While the temple was indeed a warm and inspiring place to live and work, Livia had been fighting a measure of wanderlust of late. Nodding excitedly, Livia responded "Of course Sister Abbess, I would be most grateful for the opportunity to perform. I will also make my way to the Kaijitsu Household immediately as you have requested; it is important to reach out to our patrons." Grabbing her things from her room, Livia made her way to the caravan that she would be traveling with, and began to make introductions. Hearing music from one of the camps, Livia smiles and finds herself instinctively led towards it "Well, this could prove a fun journey."
♀ Human Cleric of Shelyn
Livia will be the resident healer and also an entertainer, since she actually has a decent singing performance skill. I've actually considered taking a skill feat in performance as it suits her background story, though I'd have to give up some extra channeling per day to achieve it.

Right, I understand - in that case, the healer outfit is probably the better choice. As to the armored image, looks good so far; that said, is it possible to scale back a bit on the physique? I had picture this character as more wiry and lithe, though I understand your customization options might be limited at which case it looks fine as is. Also, I think based on her current armor, maybe the Alicia selection would be more accurate, as Livia is suited out in a Chain Shirt (my bad, should have been more decisive earlier)

Oh neat; upon first inspection, armored I'd say either the Champion or the Alicia (the last two), though unarmored I'd lean towards the Dragon Sitter. As for Bless, will definitely do that. I just thought variant VMC to pull in some Bard to support her Shelyn performance aspects without sacrificing utility. Mind up, all that would come much later anyway.

Hey, glad to be aboard! I'll admit, I was surprised at how large it is though. As to who Livia is, the descriptions follow: Appearance
Livia typically wears light and airy clothing, the kind found commonly among Varisians. Most often she favors a bright sky blue blouse, simple form fitting leather pants and an elaborate scarf. In colder weather, she has a warm fur fringed cloak. Personality
Like many Varisians, Livia is passionate and more than a little hot blooded. She sometimes loses her temper, though she possesses more wisdom than most folks her age, and knows when to step back from an argument or a bad situation rather than let her passions guide her into danger. While outwardly Livia appears very confident in herself, inwardly she does harbor some self doubt and insecurity. Role
Okay, sorry that took so long... backstory is finished. With that, I think Livia is complete? Livia Taviskin
Appearance:
Livia is slightly taller than the average Varisian woman. She possesses shoulder length raven black hair, deep blue eyes and fairly pale skin, a sign of her Chelish ancestry. She is quite lovely, and carries herself with a quiet dignity and grace that is common among many of Shelyn's followers.

Personality:
Livia is an extroverted personality, and a person who speaks freely and easily with all manner of folks. She loves to entertain and singing, and seems to draw great energy from the praise and cheer of the crowds. While singing is her passion, it is also her calling in the worship of Shelyn.

She sometimes loses her temper, though she possesses more wisdom than most folks her age, and knows when to step back from an argument or a bad situation. While outwardly Livia appears very confident in herself, inwardly she does harbor some self doubt and insecurity. Background: Livia was originally born in the city of Magnimar, and grew up in the city living something of a double life. Her father was a well known opera singer by the name of Gaius Alba, a man of chelish decent and someone of some means. Her mother was a varisian gypsy of some beauty and fame, known also for her rare talent in singing. Her parents were something of star-crossed lovers, from two different worlds and social classes, but sharing a love of music that brought them together in the unlikeliest of ways. The union was something of scandal, but one that was generally forgiven given the great talent both her parents possessed.
Livia grew up as their only child, and quickly adopted her parents love of singing. From an early age, she sang with various children’s choirs, and began to make a name for herself. It was during one such concert that tragic accident nearly taking her life, as an overhead beam came down on top of Livia as she auditioned for a role. Strangely, the beam came crashing down all around her, but miraculously left Livia unscathed. Soon thereafter, Livia a beautiful dove with a rainbow colored tail visited Livia in her sleep, and told her that she had been spared, and to turn her gift towards the faith of Shelyn. From that point on, Livia dedicated her life to the worship of Shelyn, though it brought some sadness to her parents to see their daughter take on a more monastic way of life. Livia trained at the temple of Shelyn in Magnimar, but kept her vocal training in respect of both of Shelyn and her parents. For the past several years, Livia has spent some time travelling, and brining her talent to outside the borders of Magnimar. Such travels have brought her to Sandpoint, where she eagerly awaits to see the unveiling of the new temple there, and sing at the dedication ceremony.
I've had in mind a Merciful Healer Cleric of Pharasma that is mean with a dagger, since that is the deities weapon of choice. Going gestalt rogue knifemaster makes that vision quite doable. So here is my application, a Merciful Healer Cleric of Pharasma/Unchained Knifemaster Rogue. Hopefully this character can work as the groups healer, with some sneaks/skills added in for good measure. Appearance:
Livia is taller than the average woman in Ustalav. She possesses shoulder length raven black hair and pale skin. She is quite lovely, though in a dark and somewhat sullen manner. Her eyes are a deep blue color that are underscored by dark rings, making her seem tired or under rested. She appears at all times calm and reserved, and her movements are always fluid and deliberate.
When performing her religious duties, Livia will dawn the black robes of Pharasma. Whilst on the road, Livia opts instead for more rugged clothing, which includes her armored coat and mace, with a hooded cloak of black. Physical Traits
Personality:
Livia is a kind and altruistic person, devoting her life to helping heal the sick. She regularly gives alms to the poor, and defends the down trodden by whatever means at her disposal. As such, she generally leaves a great impression with the people she meets, and has respect among the residents of Sandpoint. She is wise beyond her years, and carefully considers all options before making any decisions.
While outwardly kind, Livia suffers somewhat from depression and generally harbors a pessimistic view of the world around her. Though she tries to help the poor in whatever ways she can, her view is that little can be done until greater equality and peace is found throughout Golarion. Background:
Livia was born to Atticus and Servilia Taviskin in the village of Thrushmore. Livia was an only child, and her birth proved difficult on her mother. Her parents were both practitioners of the healing arts, and dedicated followers of Pharasma. Though never wealthy, Livia was never left wanting of anything as a child, always having been well fed with a roof over her head. She also received an education, in addition to training in the healing arts from a young age. Livia herself showed great promise as a healer, so her mother began having Livia accompany her when she helped deliver children as a midwife, or make house calls to help the sick and dying.
Life was simple and rewarding for Livia, but that would all change when her parents took her along to visit a family friend who was dying in Ravengro when Livia was fourteen. Their trip ended in tragedy when the family was attacked by desperate bandits in the rural regions surrounding Ravengro. The bandits left the Taviskin family for dead, taking all their worldly possessions with them. As luck would have it for Livia though, a wondering caravan happened to find the family shortly after the attack. Though her parents were killed during the assault, Livia was revived by a kindly middle aged Cleric of Pharasma that had been traveling with the caravan named Petra Alder. Feeling pity for the orphaned teenager, Petra decided to look after Livia, and was delighted to discover her healing skills and decided to finish her training. Though saddened by the loss of her parents, Livia was grateful to Livia for her kindness. Now years later, Livia has come to realize she has learned all she can from Petra, and has decided to adventure to the world beyond Livia to help the sick, poor and dying. Still have some things to sort out, plus the 20 questions, but you get the idea.
I feel like this group might need some divine support, so here is my Merciful Healer Cleric of Pharasma. Appearance:

Alright, full character write-up is complete. Appearance:
Caladwhen is lean elven woman, approximately 5’9 in height with aquamarine eyes long dark red hair, done up in a simply pony tail. She possesses and athletic frame, that is quite lean but wiry like most of her kind. She has a number of intricate tattoo work along her body, and plain but practical explorers clothing. She has a stern, discerning look about her, though she can be friendly and more approachable when it suits her. Caladwhen typically wears fairly plain explorers’ clothes. Personality:
Caladwhen is fairly mercurial, her personality changeable and unpredictable. She can be uproarious and personable one moment, and cold and distant the next. Mostly, she shifts her attitude depending on whatever suits her needs at the moment. Caladwhen is slow to trust and make friends, but when her trust is finally earned, she becomes a fierce ally and lifelong and dependable friend. Background: Caladwhen has always been something of a wanderer, never staying put in one place for more than a few years. Her desire to explore the Oerth has led her to many of countries located in the Flanaess, but more recently in the coastal areas of the Azure Sea. Never one to spend too much time in cities, Caladwhen has generally been something of a recluse. Though Caladwhen is perfectly comfortable around others in urban settings, something about the peace of the outdoors has always kept her there.
The past several years found her in exploring the Hoolmarsh, though folks in and around the area repeatedly warned Caladwhen of such ventures. Initially, her travels into the Hoolmarshes proved interesting, though challenging. Unfortunately, one of her treks into marshes led to an unfortunate encounter with a young black dragon, who wounded her badly before retreating marsh. By her luck, some Lizardfolk in the area had been hunting the dragon, and took pity on her uncharacteristically on the advice of one of the Shaman among them. The Lizardfolk took Caladwhen in, and under the care of the old Shaman, Caladwhen was nursed back to health. In her fevered state while recouping, she envisioned a great flood, one that might have catastrophic impact on the coastal communities in the Saltmarsh area. After being nursed to health, the Lizardfolk Shaman set Caladwhen on her way. She returned to Saltmarsh, determined to warn others of her vision, though patently aware the such soothsayers are often treated as mad.
