Lia halts in her place. "Guys, I have a bad feeling about this. Why don't you all go ahead and I'll cover the entrance here. In case something comes flying out."

I've only one game running right now. Granted, it's been running since the last PbP Gameday, but that's modules for you.

None. I'll purchase the scenario when I get home from work and we can get going shortly thereafter. Lia will stay back here to make sure everything goes smoothly and nothing tries to escape the vaults.

Emailed Madame GM yesterday, no response as yet. Seems she's just vanished from the boards on the 13th. No aliases have posted since then. Hope everything is alright with her.

I sent her a PM. If she doesn't respond by, let's say, Friday I'll pop her an email. Just in case she hasn't accessed Paizo.com to see the notification.

Push comes to shove, I can take over as GM if everyone is okay with it, even if only until she returns. Naturally would have to put Lia somewhere else, but it wouldn't kill the game.

Lia considers casting a spell or two before entering, but rather relies on her own ability as she advances into the fog.

Lia agrees and moves closer to the sounds. She resists the urge to call out to the combatants.

He gestures to My Friend, whose form again ripples and reforms into a lithe humanoid, clad in black cloth from head to foot, two bright white eyes all that is visible of the creature within.

Lia is similarly surprised to see such vibrant life. She had anticipated nothing but death and decay in a long disused chamber. "Really. I didn't expect this lively either. It's... rather beautiful." She aimlessly wanders about the room, trying to keep an eye on the surroundings.

With that settled, Lia is ready to go. She grabs her bow from where it rests and plucks the bowstring to test its readiness before moving out.

Lia thinks, adding her own question to the mix. "If it responds or reacts to the sage jewels, should we not bring one? Or at least someone who has been entrusted with one?"

She also chuckles slightly at those who suffer discomfort from the heat of the sun.

A lean woman leans against her tiger companion, fighting sleep off herself. Her elvish ears are less pronounced than one would expect, betraying her mixed heritage. "That music isn't going to help me stay away any. Don't you have something a little more up beat?"
