Paizo has a serious issue with their UPS-MI shipping policy. I really wish they'd use something better that doesn't save us a few bucks at our (and customer support's) expense. If you have a package that never gets to you, because the tracking numbers almost never work you just have to wait until the order is outside of the arrival window and Paizo will issue a replacement.
That said when my most recent Howl of the Wild subscription order came, I noticed the UPS label in fact showed the tracking number Paizo emailed me *but* with my zip code precessing, and when I tried using that number on UPS in the format [ZIP CODE][PAIZO PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER STARTING IN PZO] it actually worked so I guess it's worth trying that if you haven't?
