Can two archetypes that modify the same class feature in the same way be stacked? As an example, Beast Rider Cavalier and Emissary Cavalier both lose heavy armor proficiency, are they stackable, even though they both modify weapon and armor proficiency?

Fairly simple. Do lasers, arc guns, and the other various sorts of energy weapons from the Technology Guide benefit from the Shadow Shooting enchantment? I have a character that I would like to build for PFS that would benefit greatly from this, but I don't want to start burning GM credit on a character whose planned build won't work.
