Paizo has a policy against that as far as I know, due to wanting to keep their intellectual property under their own control and not on any other servers.

Well publishers, what can you do. They tend to be stuck in the 60's in terms of technological prowess. Not much to be done there....

Yesterday about 5PM EST I got a document out of it, then the server seemed to melt.

It looks like their 'personalizing' process needs some serious refactoring. Without the ability for a watermark to be added and then the client to download it asynchronously it seems like that 1.5 million documents will keep them hammered forever.
