Father: Domani Surtova of House Surtova. Lord of Port Ice, domestic head of House Surtova, Warden of the North, Admiral of the Lake Fleet, other random titles, and uncle to the King. Unknown to Ladislaus.
Mother: Lideczka Mendyk of the Merchant House Mendyk. Accountant. Raised Ladislaus on the family estate until he was six, then kept in contact as he underwent his temple training. Personality TBD.

Possibly on his father's side, but none that he's met. None on his mother's side.
