I am back from my trip. Do you want me to roll for the rounds that I missed?

Kya takes a deep breath and tentatively places her hand on the arch. She makes a conscious effort to tune out everything else around her and only focus on the arch. Energy surges into her and she has to fight her instinct to pull away from this strange and powerful artifact.

Will save: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
Mental damage: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5 Half damage = 3 (I think?)

I don't think I can attempt to manipulate it until next round, unless we want to make this her first round action, giving her two more turns.

Kya fumbles in her bag and digs out a rope. She's ties the rope around a pillar, praying that it holds.

Feeling disoriented and afraid, Kya immediately calls upon the power of Shelyn to protect herself and the other Pathfinders. "Please give us the strength to stand together and face this horror."

Soothed by her prayer, Kya is able to focus enough to notice the presence of primal energy and does her best to help bring down the barrier.

Kya shudders. "That sounds terrible. Do you know where this arch is? That must be what is creating the disturbance." She chews on her bottom lip fretfully.

What have I gotten myself into? I just thought I'd be healing people in fights with monsters. This Eternity Arch sounds way scarier than a monster! Out loud, she murmurs, "Qi Zhong protect us." and runs her fingers over the bracelet on her wrist.

She spreads her hand in front of her, but perhaps a little less confidently than last time, given that their efforts at diplomacy had no effect.

It hasn't been an hour yet, has it? She can try a treat wounds on Scuttlesnarp, if he wants one.

Kya shakes her head in frustration. "I am sorry. Doing this in the field is harder than I thought...Let me see to you, Sir Adoril. Perhaps I will have some luck with your injuries."

She fusses over Adoril for several minutes before rocking back on her heels and admiring her work. "I do think that's better! How do you feel?" She looks up at him expectantly.

Kya looks up in alarm as Nanoc sprints toward the rift. "Wait! What are you doing?! She relaxed somewhat as he slows down and shows no inclination to enter the crack.

She then turns to her own injuries and tends to those as best she can, noting that she seems to have less severe burns than Drakmak.

Kya rushes over to Drakmak. "Yes, yes. Sit down! Don't worry about that thing right now." She hand waves dismissively in the general direction of the rift.

After a few minutes, Kya shakes her head and frowns. "This burn is bad. I am not sure I have the skill to treat it. I am sorry. I could call upon Shelyn's aid, but I need to be careful that I don't ask too much of her."

Actually, Adoril is pretty low regardless, so I am not sure his save will change anything.

Kya closes her eyes and places her hand on the songbird pendant hanging from her neck. Adoril, then Kya, are briefly surrounded by a multi-colored glow.

What Kya does will depend on who makes their saves, or doesn't, so I will hold for now. However, if Adoril fails his save and is about to be taken below 0 HP, Kya will use Protector's Sacrifice to transfer some of the damage to herself, bringing her to 3 HP.

Kya grins at Nanoc. "That's what I'm hear for! She then turns her attention back to the rest of the group, ready to jump in and offer aid the moment it's needed.

Sorry about that. I was too exhausted last night to post, but I am also back now.

It turns out we will be away tomorrow through Sunday morning. It's possible I will have internet access, but very unlikely.

Kya will always work to protect her party members and any friendly NPCs. She will sacrifice herself, but not needlessly. If she needs to heal herself to continue to protect others, she will do that.

As part of her vows, she has made a commitment not to do lethal damage to others (with a few exceptions: undead, evil outsides, mindless creatures). This is RP based and not a game mechanic. She is not a coward, but finds melee combat distasteful and will avoid it at all costs (unless it's her best option for helping her friends or innocents, but she will still follow her vow).

Hopefully that suffices as botting instructions. I am still new to this, so please let me know if I need to add anything else. I will try to check tomorrow before we leave.

Kya also cautiously moves closer, waving, then holding her hands out in front of her in a non-threatening manner. "Oh, hello! What is wrong? Have you lost a friend? That's terrible! Perhaps we can help?"

2 strides. I can't move the token on my phone, but she will move up next to Drakmak. She is also going to attempt to make an impression. I think I roll at the end.

If I understand persistent damage correctly, Heal has no impact on it. She probably wouldn't cast Heal this round anyway, but she might next round if I am wrong and it does have the ability to stop persistent damage.

Kya stays where she is and casts Daze, targeting the wisp directly in front of Sid. She then casts Shield on herself, just in case.

Kya stays against the wall where she is protected. Seeing that the others seem to avoiding the creatures' attacks, she switches tactics and casts Guidance three times - on Adoril, Sid, and Scuttlesnarp.

Kya covers her face with her hands, feeling overwhelmed and disoriented by the rapidly changing scene in front of her. When she finally drops her hands again, she sees the fleshwarps advancing toward them, looking very unfriendly. She takes a deep breath and murmurs quietly to herself. "Goddess protect us."

She casts a spell and both Scuttlesnarp and the fleshwarp directly in front of them briefly glow blue. Immediately afterward, she calls a shield and a translucent shimmering silver shield appears in front of her. It's quite beautiful.

Lost already? That can't be a good sign! Kya hurries off to look for the missing Pathfinders. However, there is a large group already heading in that direction and, with her short legs, she realizes that they'll probably find anyone before she does. Oh, well! There is plenty more to do!"

Kya moves among the group, sampling dishes before serving them and commenting on how wonderful the food is.

Magical investigations
Wishing she could go inside, Kya joins the others in studying the maze, looking for some kind of peculiarity. She has trouble concentrating, and frequently turns away from her task, wondering if the missing Pathfinders have been found safe yet.

Mustering
Organization is not Kya's strong point, but she helps where she can. Her friendly and welcoming nature smoothers over a few debates about who should be where.

Kya smiles warmly at the new recruits. "Hello, everyone! Welcome! I hope you are prepared for the adventure of a lifetime! Kya smiles appreciatively at Adoril. "Yes it is! I am her humble servant." She touches her pendant reflexively before turning to Drakmak. She practically sparkles with happiness when he refers to her as "songbird".

"Look at all those tools! I am sure anything you make would please Shelyn. What a generous gift that would be!"

Her attention is drawn away by the newcomer. "I don't think we have any information yet, do we?" She looks around at the others.

A halfing bustles in just behind Drakmak. She's wearing blue robes with wolves running along the hemline and a glass pendant bearing a songbird with a multicolored tail. "Oh, hello! It looks like I am one of the last to arrive! It is nice to meet you all!"

She smiles around at everyone and, like the others, her eyes alight on the oriole. "Oh, he IS beautiful, isn't he?! What's this you say about jewelry?!" As she speaks, the halfling moves over to the table of food and peruses the offerings, selecting a berry tart and munching on it. Suddenly remembering something, she adds, "I'm Kya, by the way! I'll be keeping you all healed up!" She nods vigorously for emphasis.

Seeing Kornell get hit, Kya quickly casts Protector's Sacrifice and winces as pain cuts through her.

Kya carefully steps out of the greasy...whatever that the frogs extruded, relieved to be a solid ground. She murmers a prayer and touches her pendant and focuses her energy on Kornell who becomes surrounded by a blue light for a moment.

"If you want easy, just stop fighting us! We did not come here to hurt you!"

I am not sure if Kya has to roll acrobatics or not since she is just stepping out of the area. So, I am giving her two turns depending on the answer!

Kya tries to move, but isn't able to get her footing. Instead, she reaches out her hand, palm facing Ahksiva and casts Ray of Enfeeblement.

Terror course through Kya as she hears Makai yelling through above. She does not ever remember being in a situation where she felt so outmatched. "Shelyn protect us!"

A multicolored translucent shield springs into existence in front of the halfling and then a little bolt of energy shoots from her hand into the head of the closest frog.

"Where did they come from?! Where are Kornel and Makai? Are they alright?!" Kya fights the urge to step away from the toad. Instead, she stays where she is to give Pib an advantage. She touches her pendant and feels Shelyn's energy flow through her, binding her wounds.

Pib feels a tingling spread across his chest as Kya also casts Guidance on him.

Guidance: +1 status bonus to one attack roll, Perception check, saving throw, or skill check the target attempts before the duration ends. The target chooses which roll to use the bonus on before rolling.

Well...Kornel seems alright. For now, at least. Kya casts Forbidding Ward on Rhaegal, protecting him against Ahksiva. She then turns in a slow circle, trying to determine where the witch may have gone.
