So, who do I contact about issues like this?
Recently, a friend and I attended PFS for the first time. The person running the event knew my friend, and had some sort of issue with her playing, because of some petty BS that happened between them like 4 years ago. My friend was so upset about this, that she left crying. This type of behavior is abhorrent, especially coming from a "Lodge leader". I've played RPG's for decades, and I've never encountered such behavior. This isn't middle school people.
Needless to say, we won't be back, and I sure as hell am not putting any money into a game where their "leaders" treat people like this.
