Apologies for the brusque commands. Krara says as they fly away from the wrecked pursuing fighters. The Veskarium service period emphasizes stark results over careful niceties. It was however some exceedingly good piloting and firing strategies I saw out there. ----- Krara nods and agrees with the others while reporting back to Historia-7. Our disguises certainly were strong enough that we were not stopped before getting your precious data. Unfortunately we still seem to have left some hole in the illusion. She thinks. Unless the data itself has a beacon embedded into it. If so, you should be careful where the extraction and analysis is farmed out to.

Krara’s voice lowers as she speaks more calmly to the lashunta. And you are doing well. Keep it up. Diplomacy to Encourage: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 Mellow Krara is significantly less believable.
For round 2: Kara turns to Soryn. Soryn. You have proved a perfectly cromulent agent this mission. Deflecting Envar's hesitations, adhering to the group's disguise and ascetic, and considerable efforts in accessing the needed data. BUT NONE OF THAT WILL MATTER IF WE ARE SHOT OUT OF THE SKY! SO FIRE ACCURATELY OR SO HELP ME DRIFTING IN SPACE WILL SEEM THE MORE PLEASURABLE OPTION! Intimidate to DEMAND Soryn hit in round 2: 1d20 + 8 + 1d6 ⇒ (7) + 8 + (1) = 16
If we're able to swing around to at least the side of one of them, that usually helps. Typically the bow of the ships have the most weapons pointed at us while the afts have the least. Though our Science scan may tell us more. In either case, likely best to at least turn us around to face the pair. Meanwhile for me: Krara slams her scaled fist onto the comms button directing the antenna towards the rear pursuer. Transport vessel?!?!? You dare call us insignificant traders? You are assaulting the finest warriors in the Pact Worlds - shut down your engines and pray to your gods we may overlook the insult! Intimidate to taunt Red's piloting checks: 1d20 + 8 + 1d6 ⇒ (16) + 8 + (2) = 26
Krara is beginning to feel a bit sad for Envar now. That 'best friends' comment struck surprisingly close to the vesk's heart. But there's a mission to do. You must ignore the 'haters'. When the Veskarium first ventured out of our system there were many who hated us, solely because we were aggressive in demonstrating the strength of our culture. But you cannot let it stop you. A trick that can help is thinking of you in a calm place. A favored recurring location to get away from it all. Perhaps with a cherished pet. Close you eyes. Imagine it. Describe what you see. Bluff: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Unfortunately not Krara (re: Medicine). Though she does have a few Healing Serums if either You or Daimus need them. Envar's causal attitude toward multiple squadmates almost dying is beginning to grate of Krara's nerves. But the vesk bears it with a tight smile, and as soon as the holo-vidder mentions their right to the lockers the vesk moves to begin exampling them. It is not a trophy, but at least there will be some spoils from our victory! Soryn, Daimus: those scars could help build your reputations. But there are some sprayflesh canisters if you would prefer not loose your looks.
Fort: 1d20 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 1 + 4 = 25 Krara roars as her scales blacken from the sun's slam. now far angrier, the vesk shoots twice at the remaining solar anomaly. Attack v EAC: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 - 4 = 19 for Electrical damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
I do not think those are true suns. Krara yells in surprise as the flaming spheres emerge and attack Soryn. But let us see if we can make them go supernova! The vesk points at the brighter white star and roars a challenge to it before firing her rifle at it. Get 'em! on white, so +1 to your attacks this turn. Attack v EAC: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 1 = 20 for Fire damage: 1d8 ⇒ 3
As they move from the bar onto the elevator, Krara quickly chugs down the rest of her Feysplitter. Cramming into the car, she laughs. Yes! As you can see, we are mighty in all forms of combat, both face to face and ship to ship! --- As the doors open onto the observation platform, Krara's eyes blink rapidly as she tries to adjust to the sudden light. It is, quite the view. she agrees. And it is all ours to enjoy! Wonderful! Were those overly-dull scientists called away by you, or are they working on some boring project for your mother's company?
Krara looks at the others. We are supposed to be gladiators, are we not? A game of Strength should not be turned away from. she thinks to Soryn (and the others), all the while sipping her green drink and staring at the cocky ysoki. Of course Krara isn't actually super-strong, so it one of you is good at wits that may be better
Even gladiators must moisturize! Krara says to the droid server, gladly accepting a towel form Terra-3. And can you deliver a Feysplitter from the bar? A good fight deserves a good celebration. She then turns to Envar. It is a solid establishment. I notice a stage over there: is an influencer like yourself able to pull in hot acts so close to the sun?
Of course! Krara follows the clearly inebriated lashunta as he wanders haphazardly around. And this being is influnetial and set to inherit further power. she thinks to herself, toothy grin still plastered on her face. These Pact Worlds value the sentimentalism of family too highly: in the Veskarium such a unproven failure could never slouch his way into power. Rather than verbalize any of this, the vesk instead asks: This space station is certainly quite large. And you are one of those in charge of it? Quite impressive! How does one control the orbit of such a sizable installation?
As the crowd filters out, Krara quickly takes out her own datapad. Tapping swiftly, she attempts to log onto this 'Nova Solutions' poll to vote for herself. Self-promotion is a frustrating tactic to be required in combat. But necessary. As Envar emerges, the vesk smacks a scaled fist against her chest as means of introduction. I am Arark, proud fighter from the pits of Vesk 5! Now bringing the might of the Veskarium to your Pact Worlds!
Yes, break its own bones off! It can feed on its failures! Krara rages, fully getting excited by the charged atmosphere. Get ‘Em! On the beast for +1 to attack this round The vesk then takes her own advice to heart and fires a bolt of energy towards the crest-eater. Laser Rifle vs EAC: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 = 13 for Fire damage: 1d8 ⇒ 3
As the bizarre creature is guided into the arena, Krara strides towards the center of the pit with slow confidence. She gazes at the alien before her, then turns up at the crowd. That's a big beast. But it should be bigger! The vesk beats her chest with her fist and roars If this is the type of challenge you have, then we'll do our best to keep you entertained! Maybe I will fight with my best hand behind me. To show you Arark's true skills! Intimidate: 1d20 + 8 + 1d6 ⇒ (14) + 8 + (4) = 26
Business, for the pleasure of others! the vesk woman says as she steps forwards and presents her ID. You don’t recognize Arark? One of the greatest fighters in seven systems? Get some tickets for the coming games and you will! My friends and I hear that there’s actually a challenge in the fighting pits here. It will be a good change from the rest of the ‘arenas’ your Pact Worlds claim to have!
Krara frowns slightly as the party discusses starships - the imposing Drake seems to her a fitting vessel for strong fighting competitors. But as those more experienced with starship piloting point out the benefits of the subtler Pegasus the vesk concedes they have a good point. Well then, she says. This should be fun! A chance to do work for the Society while being able to proudly display our skills! Even if they must be under false titles and names. The vesk looks to the others. Should we coordinate our backstories? Craft a theme for our gladiatorial group? Or would that draw too many questions? A themed team would be more likely to have already been heard about... Disguise: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22

Krara beams as the android accurately recognizes her greatness, shifting to stand even taller in her armor. The burly vesk’s Smile then becomes positively radiant when she learns of Enver’s hobby. Gladiatorial Combat! Krara laughs. Then you have picked the perfect crew for this mission! I hadn’t thought that the All Elite Gladiator league matches of Vesk 5 had become so known in these Pact Worlds, but I am honored that you have seen some of my matches!
She turns to Soryn. It is indeed a pleasure to meet you! You seem spry enough to be a worthy combatant yourself! Krara says as she eyes the lashunta over. To Historia-7, she’s asks: I presume from the name Arch Energy is an energy company. Do we at least know of what sort?
Hello! Krara Ne'Krom dotting in. Will need to touch-up the profile a bit to get it up to date, but should be done in a day or two. Player Name: Zoomba
What starship position would you be suited to take?: Probably Captain or Gunner Tentative Boons:
It was certainly an eye-opening experince Zigvigix. Krara says to the shirren as they debrief. Lowering her voice, the vesk cautions. But be wary of that dog-man as he works under you. Hurundo seems exceedingly trusting. But a complacent force never has a safe rearguard. Thanks for running this GM! And to all of you: I had a real fun time playing this one!
GM Sasha wrote: "Look, I'm not made of credits, this was a great opportunity to forget..." the android trails off as they get lost in their own thoughts. Well Quadrant 2 Krara says. You should leave. Now. Learn that bargain hunting is not worth your life. And let the other people outside know this place is closed! she yells out after the android.[/b]
Assume Krara will being 'Get 'Em'ing until further notice :) As the Vesk yells encouragement again to her fellow Starfinders, she also screams at the android the throw him off his game. You are surrounded, getting blasted, your scheming foiled. Surrender. There will not be a second request. Move action to Get 'Em!, then Standard to try and Initimdate to shaken it Intimidate: 1d20 + 7 + 1d6 ⇒ (13) + 7 + (6) = 26

Much of the same. replies Krara. The vesk turns her head about the room a bit more, but at Bones' alert about the body she pulls out her pulsecaster and aims it further down the hall in a defensive stance. Dead I assume? How?
