Unfortunately, I have some bad news.
A combination of work-related stuff has lead to me having to take some time off from the forums. I am, in all honesty, going to need to be gone for several months, as I am going to be travelling for extended periods of time (weeks or more) and I'll likely not have good access to the internet.
As I am not someone who would want to have you all sit and wait for me here, I am going to be withdrawing/closing all of my open forum games.
I want to thank everyone who I have had the pleasure to game with over the last couple of years here, as I have immensely enjoyed my time on the forums, and hopefully, once my work stabilizes, I will be able to rejoin the community.
Thank you again for your time and energy, and I am sorry that I won't be able to keep things moving forward in any of the games that I am running.

I was pretty confident that Diplomacy was out of bounds when I made my initial check; I just didn't want to start by attacking, and given that he is training to be the guardian of the timeline, he will likely not want to murder anyone, on the off chance that their death changes the future.

Kpu'unde listened to the speeches, and made no comment. While he knew that something of historic note was going to happen, what that thing might be was currently eluding him.
In many ways, the massive man stood out of place, at least a foot taller than most people around him, with a build that suggested more lean muscle than brawn.
While he did not seem to be paying attention, even he caught himself smirking at one thing the major said or another.

Okay, I have most of my character stuff built. I did go ahead and take divination, cause after rereading the warp rules, I realized that I needed to be able to see places I was going to teleport to prevent taking damage, even with unseen teleport.
I'll write it up in full later, but the short-form version of my character's background is that he's the student of a line of magical casters who specialize in protecting the timeline from incursions things that would destroy it or alter it too much against the natural flow of this universe.
Much like the Sith, there is only ever a master and (when the master's time is near) a student. The original caster was one of Jetembe's disciples, the 13th warrior (pun fully armed and operational).
While he knows that *something* that will disrupt the timeline is building in the area around Sandpoint, he has no idea what.
