1 post. Organized Play character for Skull.

Hi all, has there been any ruling on this feat and the hardness of shields?

I searched the forums and only found 2 threads without a clear answer and someone asking in another thread if this works, but he/she never got a reply.

I am planning on making a Dwarf Fighter for an upcoming Ruby Phoenix Tournament game and want to know if this will help my shield survive.

Hi,

First off, this is not supposed to be a flame thread about all the old issues/hate for the unchained monk.

I was one of the people to give some criticism to the unchained monk. I have since started such a character. So far he is kicking some serious ass, and surviving well. I am only level 3, so no Ki powers yet.At level 1 I had the most HP in the party. Playing a human with Toughness as one of my first feats. (the other being dodge and deflect arrows.) Favoured class bonus goes into HP as well.

All in all I wanted to hear if anyone has had a similar pleasant surprise when they actually tried the class out in a real game?

The aim for this character is to end up as a kind of "Muay Thai god of death". I was surprised when he started pulling it off very well from level 2 :P

After finally getting a look at Stoneplate in the adventurer's armory, I noticed that Stoneplate is worse than fullplate. Is it possible that there was a misprint or something, adding a +1 to the max Dex rather than the actual armor value?

If i remember correctly the original stoneplate had 9 ac and the max dex bonus was 0. It now reads: 9 ac and max dex of 1.

Full Plate has the same values, but Stoneplate costs more, weighs more and slows you down more than full plate does.
