Kezzo looks at the cameras and begins to excitedly tell the reporters about the Starfinder's exhibit with her hands waving about. We Starfinders have contributed this display we have various items belonging to cultures found within the Scoured Stars system. This collection includes pottery, statuettes, tools, weaponry, technological devices, and magical relics. Most belong to the mentrasi and various jinsul cultures, including the Myhmur theocracy and Cratune tyranny. There's also a smaller collection of relics representing other species of the Scoured Stars, including belongings from an syngnathrix waystation, a tekian industrial site, a matoh bathing pod, a nelentu farm, and a thyr religious site.
Kezzo is wearing her Second Skin armor underneath her formal wear of a black jacket and pants. She sees the texts on display and eagerly speaks with Professor Muhali. "Oh! These are amazing! Some of my favorite things to locate on a dig are samples of writings. You can learn so much about a culture by the things the record and how."
Kezzo looks at Jeletal and starts speaking with such excitement it is almost hard to keep up. "I once recovered a Golden Idol from a booby-trapped temple. Then a rival archaeologist cornered me and stole the idol; I escaped in a waiting ship. After returning to Absolom Station, two members of the Starfinder Society briefed me that enemy forces were excavating a dig site, and one of their messages mentioned my former mentor. I deduced that they sought a lost relic their leader believed would make them invincible. I was asked to recover it first. I searched for my old mentor’s daughter and learned he had died. The bad guys showed up to steal a medallion from her, but we escaped. After much traveling and staying one step ahead or behind our enemy, we finally recovered the relic. Top agents with the Society confiscated it on our return."
Kezzo nods her head slowly in agreement as Jeletal talks. "I love stories! And learning about new, well, old, but new to me, things. It is why I became an archaeologist." "This is a rare time I'll be helping with items where I didn't personally work on the dig. But sometimes I need to go where my society asks me to."
Having spent quite some time working on digs in the Veskarium, Kesso carefully looks to see if she recognizes anything special in Jeletal's collection.
Kezzo leans towards Soarin and whispers, "Who's Blondie?" Shaking her head, she turns to the angry-looking vesk. "Hello, I'm Kezzo, an archaeologist and member of the Starfinder Society."
Kezzo rarely says which society but does wear a pin with the Acquisitives symbol on the left side of her jacket.
"How exciting! I've been working on archaeological digs in the Veskarium for the last several years, so I don't know much about the work being done in the Vast. Can you tell us who will be here to exhibit?" Turning to Valas, Dima says "I completely agree. The world of archaeology and artifacts can be cutthroat."
Kezzo spends her time during the journey moving around the ship, getting to know her new friends, and catching up on the events of the last year. She has spent much of the last few years in archaeological digs in the Veskarium or around Bretheda, only returning with the Society calls. "Having so many people around again is very nice. I love my work, but it is sometimes easy to get lost in the past."
A small female ysoki bounces in the door right behind the tall drow. Dancing! What fun! Sorry if I'm late. I was cataloging some artifacts when I received a message asking me to meet here. I'm Kezzo! I can't wait until we arrive on Castrovel. I love parties and museums! The ysoki named Kezzo barely seemed to breathe during her introduction, looked around, and then sat in the nearest chair.
