Ferver:
Fervor (Su): At 2nd level, a warpriest can draw upon the power of his faith to heal wounds or harm foes. He can also use this ability to quickly cast spells that aid in his struggles. This ability can be used a number of times per day equal to 1/2 his warpriest level + his Wisdom modifier.

By expending one use of fervor, a good warpriest (or one who worships a good deity) can touch a creature to heal it of 1d6 points of damage + an additional 1d6 points for every 3 warpriest levels he possesses beyond 2nd (to a maximum of 7d6 at 20th level). Using this ability is a standard action (unless the warpriest targets himself, in which case it's a swift action). Alternatively, the warpriest can use this ability to harm an undead creature, dealing the same amount of damage he would otherwise heal with a melee touch attack. Using fervor in this way is a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity. Undead do not receive a saving throw against this damage. This use of fervor counts as positive energy.

I just want to RP the android race and characteristics. I'm flexible and would play any class needed by the group you choose. Initially I'll throw together this Magus (Esoteric Archtype), but gunslinger (for the tech of the AP) or brawler were my 1st thoughts.

Rough outline would be an android salvaged by a gnome tinkerer. The gnome planned on repurposing the android as a "bodyguard". The brawn to back up the gnomes brains. After the gnome used "magic" to try and awaken the android, the android was infused and now when magic surges through it, the circuitry glows.

Unarmed strikes possibly augmented with elements (lightning/electricity and/or fire) seem logical for a mechanical being. Depending on how in depth the tech gets, maybe some cybertech implants (from the technology guide would fit thematically.

I respectfully submit my interest in joining this adventure.

Tiefling Monk (flowing Monk)

Mythic Path: Champion

background:
Kavaki escaped from slavery in Cheliax and found solitude in a place that overcomes prejudice and eased the conflict in his mind over his tiefling heritage. A Tian Monastery. The monastery not only provided a home for a destitute, ostersized slave on the run, they also provided him with training. His martial arts training was more of a stepping stone toward seeking enlightenment.

He now is on a pilgrimage to confront his "inner demons". Perhaps in coming to the aid of the citizens of our plane, he can show that, just because he shares a bloodline with those that seek to destroy them, doesn't mean Kavaki and other tieflings like him are THEIR enemy also.

Meditation and suggestion from his monk teacher have brought him to Kenabres, where Kavaki home to find the path to the ultimate enlightenment.

Tiefling monk

Hope you don't mind the laziness. This is a monk build for several other recruitments, alas, he was not 1 of the chosen. I would prefer to hold off on leveling up and tweeking background details until chosen. (if chosen) to avoid having to create dozens of alias' all for different campaigns. This laziness doesn't translate into my involvement in the campaign (if chosen). I typically post 3+/day or as needed depending on other players' posts.

You say 1 special item from GM. Is this item particular to the campaign, off of a "wish list", designed for each character specifically, or useful item all characters can use (regardless of race/class)?

This is a monk, with a focus on tripping offering other characters "extra attacks". He provides melee, flanking, perception, tactical sense.

Your question: A serious question: Riddleport is a chaotic city, and you may have to do many things that are against the law to survive. Crimelords rule the city, and you may be asked to work for them in a variety of ways. How will your character manage to balance both being able to do what's needed to be done and maintain his required alignment for his class abilities?

Lawful Neutral: A lawful neutral character acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs her. Order and organization are paramount. She may believe in personal order and live by a code or standard, or she may believe in order for all and favor a strong, organized government.

Lawful neutral means you are reliable and honorable without being a zealot.

From Kavaki's background: his master contributed a suggestion to help him with his first steps, by stating, "to understand peace, you must experience chaos." Kavaki's not exactly sure how to interpret his master's wisdom, but Kavaki has set out to to find an answer. Not knowing any real profession, he has found his intimidating size and monk training helpful to put some coin in his pouch as well as keep up his practice.

. Highlighted some key aspects of my alignment, followed by an excerpt from my background.

. The "neutral" releases him from living in the confines of acting upon written laws, and into the confines of his "personal code". High in his personal code is the role of his monk master. Should his master have instructed him to carry out an unsavory request he would most likely done exactly what was asked of him. He could easily perceive the crime boss as a "master outside the monastery", and would handle requests in the same mannor.

. The "experience chaos" quote from his background could be viewed as an understanding of his master, that he may need to do things Kavaki would not normally do, during his time away from the monastery. A monk is required to be "Lawful" in alignment which can fall under Lawful Good, Nuetral, or Evil.

. Depending on what happens during the campaign, he may shift at times between all 3 of these, but we can only find out what will become of Kavaki, IF he is accepted into the adventure.

This won't be the place to get into this debate, but just for a few points. A flag is a specific item, a spear is a specific item. You can't combine them into 1 item in same hand. I think your describing a specific wonderous item Banner of the Ancient Kings which specifically states in it's description that is can be attached to a longspear or pole.

Of course, if GM will allow it, great idea. But RAW would treat a flag as a 1-handed item, and wouldn't allow you use it AND a 2 handed spear. Or if allowed to be attached, when you use the 2 handed spear, you don't have a free hand to use the flag, and therefore lose the benefit it's use confers.

Varknarnost, I also have a bard I use the flagbearer feat with, it's awesome and thank you for being the unselfish one who wants to help everyone else get the glory. :)

Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Improved Unarmed Strike.

Benefit: Whenever an opponent falls prone adjacent to you, that opponent provokes an attack of opportunity from you. This attack must be an unarmed strike

I would like to submit this monk for consideration.

"Greetings strangers! Don't be intimidated by my height. I am a devout monk of Irori released from my monastery to explore my path to enlightenment outside the controlled society behind the temple walls. I do what I can to earn enough coin to get by, which often lends itself to short jobs which utilize my size and physical training. (bodyguard, arena contestant, hired muscle) My path thus far has led me here to Riddleport where all of these "jobs" are abundant, even though they sometimes don't align with a strict morale compass. For further clarification, are you wanting core only? Or core race and class but with other sources material useable? I'm referring to archtypes, feats, equipment, ect. from APG, UM, UC.

Also, the player's guide for RoRL doesn't have any traits in it. You requested 1 from RoRL, do you have a link to them somewhere?
