For my attack, I'll usually try to use the Double Slice, which uses two actions and attacks with both weapons at the same time, with no penalty, and combines damage. (but counts as 2 attacks so the Multiple Attack Penalty for a third action would be high). Attack Macro's are on profile.
He's got 35 feet of movement, and if he didn't have to make any move, he casts shield after the attack. It's verbal only, so doesn't provoke AoO.
