"Hello Dear" Shari is greeted as she leaves her room in the morning. "We have some breakfast ready if you are hungry, planning any more adventures with your friends happening today?" After conversing for a time Kailee asks if Shari will have time to sing in two days like she normally does or if she will be busy and then wishes her a good day giving her the pay that she had earned with her work there in the last month, minus the time that she had been running around with Lina and Edan.
"Why because they have a dryad of course, she dances on stage 3 times a week. At least thats what they say. Never been there myself."
Kaliee comes over to your table after you mention entertainment with her eyes sparkling, "sound like you guys are set for an adventure" she says in a low voice leaning over the table. Then she straightens up and says "Ah, entertainment I can help you with. There is Anmeh’s Hall of Oddities with all sorts of strange creatures and things. The Curio Shop a great place to find magic items. The Dancing Dryad; Part game hall, part tavern, part inn, and part brothel" she says with a wink at Edan and Ramar "The market, another place to buy things at. The Saltmarsh Museum or The Saltmarsh Playhouse they do have some wonderful plays. That about sums up all the normal "entertainment" in the area. I could give you directions to where ever you would like if need be."
"oh so you like the young ones do you?" she teases "No one of note really, she is just a young girl that washed up here a few weeks ago looking for work. Her friends appear to be associated with the Cathedral of Iomedae, apparently here because of "strange goings on" or some such it all seems a mite silly to me, sending kids so young on such an errand"
Then she turns to Ushari and says "you've been a dear, why don't you get off work early and spend some time with your friends, you look like you can use it"
"Well there are many rumors floating around town, mostly idle fancy I assume, I have been here many years and have never seen anything to be too worried about. As for places to avoid? Humm let me think, Perhaps the jail Haha! or the slaughter house, I hear the stink is terrible. I am sure there are many places that you could go to find jobs, try some of the other inns around town perhaps or even the guild halls? As for libraries some of the Churches have a number of books, the richer families have their own personal libraries on their own estates but I doubt that they will allow you access. There are a few temples about, the cathedral of Iomedae, a temple where you can get healing if need be, The cathedral of Gorum, more of a fighting ring then a temple, a temple to Desna god of travel and luck, A shrine to Gozreh, I suppose that counts no? and a temple to Nethys god of magic. Anything else you wish to know while you have my undivided attention?" she says with a wink
"Hahahah!" Her beautiful laughter echos through the bar area and everyone stops for a moment to look at her, you notice some of the men measuring you up, some of them with curiosity and others with jelousy. "I am hardly the expert on local affairs but I would be glad to tell you what I know, what exactly are you looking for?" She waves her hand at Ushari, beckoning her over.
