I've been attempting to report tables, but the GM field when I enter numbers keeps seeming to bug out - that an issue on my end, or has it been resolved?

Question - you can purchase masterwork and magical weapons and armor according to the rules, but can you have a masterwork piece of armor or weapons upgrade with a +1 magical bonus, or are you required to sell your masterwork item and purchase a magical one?
