Actually comfort comes from the Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Pathfinder Society Field Guide.
Spell prereqs can be skipped by adding 5 to the DC. (Ditto any other prereqs except the creation feat.)

So the creation of poppets requires make whole, which is a second level spell. But it requires caster level 1 and I have seen several people saying that poppets are constructs you can create at first level. Am I missing something?
