I ordered Tales of the Old Margreve print edition on December 11 and when I received the package I instead got Coliseum Morpheuon. Should I send this back, cause I really rather have Old Margreve.

The order was charged in two separate transactions. There was an authorization put through at the time of purchase for the total amount, $63.00. Then, the first part of the order was settled for $9.52, which closed the first authorization. Then, in order to ship the remainder, the remaining balance on the order, $53.48, was authorized and settled.

What you are seeing in your pending transactions are jsut the authorizations.

This was a reissue of my other order because it was originally supposed to be the 'alternate' cover of Pathfinder #13. Well, I got the new order in today and it still not the alternate cover. So now I have 2 Pathfinder 13's. Is there anyway I can possibly get the correct order? Do you guys want any of these incorrect ones back?

I recently put an order in for some Pathfinder back issues and just got them in the mail. One of the them was for the Pathfinder #13 'Alternate cover'. However, I received the normal cover instead. Once again, I need to know what I can do resolve this problem.

Hey, I recently ordered Oots: Dungeons of Dorkugan and when it arrived in the mail, I instead received Oots: Dungeon Crawlin Fools. My receipt says Dungeons of Dorkugan though. I also called and left a message and I just want to make sure somebody knows so I can get this sorted it out. As it was supposed to be a birthday gift.

I got a confirmation that it was shipped on the 20th, but I still haven't received it. I had it shipped standard mail, so I know it may take a while. But, it's been 2 weeks. I was just wondering....
