Addiction: Tequila (Major/Veteran of the Concrete Jungle): While he was running moonshine, he developed a taste for a specific kind of Mexican tequila. If he's not working, you can usually find him chasing worms. If he is working, he's probably just taking a shot when nobody's looking.
Obligation: Rippers (M): The Rippers have Jorge over a barrel. He's got a rap sheet just about as long as a long-drop noose. If he steps out of line, they can easily send him to prison for life--or death.
Rebellious (m): Jorge is an old-school Mexican gangster. He doesn't like most people in positions of authority, and especially not la policia.
Trouble Magnet (m): From chupacabras to gumshoes to Rippers, wherever Jorge goes, rough people tend to follow.
