They'll be 6-7th level by the end, which would make a CR 9-10 Dragon a good end encounter

The weakest adult dragon in the Bestiary is CR10. So are we expecting the weakest of adult dragons to be the menace in this module?

No it doesnt. But the other classes need something that accents their Dragon Slaying Potential.

Maybe a Fighter Archetype that deals with Oversized Weapons and/or Slaying Large Enemies.

There is the Titan Mauler Archetype for the Barbarian Class. A similar archetype for the fighter would be nice but may be redundant.

Is the Dungeoneer's Handbook sort of a companion to Dungeons of Golarion?

Any chance of an enormous sword like the one named Dragonslayer used by Guts in Berserk?
