I placed an order for Malevolence, along with some other product back before Malevolence was delayed. The order also includes Bestiary 3, the Lost Omens Ancestry Guide, and Abomination Vaults #3. The order now appears to be waiting for Malevolence to come out before it ships. I'd like to receive the other books before then. Is it possible to move Malevolence to my sidecart so the rest of my books can ship out (along with Abomination Vaults #2 which I currently have sidecarted, if possible). The order number is 36452727.

I'd like to cancel my active subscriptions (Lost Omens, Rulebooks, APs, Adventures) that began with order #20324246. Hoping this can be done before my next shipment goes out so that I'm not paying for product I'll likely never get to play.

Anyone else have their order still pending? I live like an hour away from Paizo so I understand my orders are most likely shipped last but this is definitely the longest it's taken for an order to ship to me.

I was recently contacted by customer service in response to an issue I had when signing up for an Adventure Path subscription. The customer service representative told me I'd be issued a refund for books 5 and 6 of Extinction Curse. The refund for book 6 was issued, but I still have yet to be credited back to my debit card for book 5.

Both books are showing 'Returned' on my order history on 6/17 but only one charge of $23.09 has been credited back to my payment card. I'm also showing a credit of $7.79 on my account, but that doesn't seem to add up t the cost of both books.

Yeah, when you started the subscription you had a button to indicate which product you want to start with. Is phone service unavailable at the moment? Thats how I adjusted my subs a couple months back.

Yeah, their customer service phone lines have been closed down for a while now, I think.

When I go to my account and look at my active subscriptions, it shows the Advanced Players Guide as the next product to ship as part of that subscription. Does this mean I have to order Bestiary 2 separately? I'd email or post in the customer service thread but it appears there's still nearly three weeks out in getting those answered, and I was hoping to include Bestiary 2 in my upcoming shipment if I'm able.
