Thank you so much for clarifying that for me. :)

Dark Archive

Hello,
I am recently returning to the Pathfinder community and have noticed that Bestiary 6 is frequently referenced in Adventure Path modules. Does Bestiary 6 have both PF1 and PF2 stats for monsters or is it just expected for the GM to use the stat blocks found there as a base for using the monster creation rules?

Thanks

Hello,

Please cancel my class deck subscription.

Thanks,

James May

Dark Archive

Hello,

Please cancel my subscription.

Thanks!

Dark Archive

Hello,

Would you mind cancelling the items in my side cart?

Thanks!

Dark Archive

Hello,

Due to financial constraints I need you all to cancel all of my subscriptions except for the Adventure card game. I think I also had a copy of Dragon's Demand that was pending and need that to be cancelled as well.

Thanks!

Dark Archive

Thanks folks, this is interesting. I like the idea of putting flip maps into notebooks. And sorting by title makes much more sense than publication date for quick reference.

Dark Archive

Hey just a question for the folks with a lot of Pathfinder books. How do you sort them?

I am a bit OCD about my books and have them sorted by product line and date of publication. The changes in logos and spine printings bother me when I look at them in this fashion. Also I have a hard time with the companions being so thin.

Does anyone sort their books in a different manner?

Dark Archive

Hello,

This delay has been too much for me. Please cancel all of my subscriptions and pending orders. I will get my products elsewhere. I understand you all have been busy with Gen Con but this has been a huge botch. By prioritizing your Gen Con customers, you have alienated a subscriber.

Have a great day,
James May

I am having the same problem as above. It is frustrating to see the pdf's officially released today and my subscription order still pending.

But I am certain it will be worth the wait. :)

So, were we ever going to get detailed advanced information about the class deck characters their stats and abilities? Not been happy about the ambiguity and silence on the matter. I can't be expected to choose between 28 different characters at the start of the game.

It looks like the sheets were updated today with character sheets for all of the class decks. I just downloaded it myself and am looking through it now.

Dark Archive

Thanks!

Good Evening,

You all release so many great products, it is hard to keep up. :) Having recently had a baby our funds are a little tight right now and I need to trim a few of my subscriptions.

Please cancel my:
Tales and Maps Subscriptions.

Also if possible, would you please cancel the copy of Fey Revisited that is residing in my sidecart.

Thank you,

James May

Dark Archive

Read through the new rulebook and looking forward to playing the game soon.

Dark Archive

Good Afternoon,

Please cancel my back-ordered item, Player's Companion: Goblins of Golarion. I was lucky enough to find a copy on the shelf at my local Books a Million.

Thanks,

James May

Dark Archive

Thanks, when things calm down a bit I will probably resubscribe.

Dark Archive

Hello,

Please cancel my Pathfinder Battles Subscription. I will probably start it up again in a few months, but we are having a baby and looking to trim a few expenses.

Thanks,

James May

Dark Archive

I am also having a problem with being looped to the main page when I try to check out.

Dark Archive

Put me on the list of people interested in the creation of these new setting books.

Dark Archive

Thanks. :)

Dark Archive

Good Evening,

I was looking at order 3042152 and the recently shipped 3047259. It looks like I was charged 25.99 on both of these orders for It Came From the Stars Campaign Guide. It does not come up on the itemized list of charges on 3047259, however if you look at the total charged to my card it is exactly 25.99 more than what it should be.

Would you mind looking into this and letting me know if I am missing something? If it is a duplicate charge, could you just credit my Paizo account?

Thank you,
James May

Dark Archive

You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Thank you!

Dark Archive

Hello,

It looks like my order had some difficulty shipping out due to a blank credit card number. I sent an email with my correct card information. I tried to add it to the site, but it looks like the new site revamp doesn't want me to add a card. Thanks for your continued help.

~~James May

Dark Archive

This looks awesome. I was hoping to see this eventually.

Dark Archive

Hello,

I was wondering what the status of shipment was on this order now that It came from the Stars has been moved to my sidecart.

Thanks,
James May

Dark Archive

Good Evening,

I noticed I have a backordered product on this order. Would it be possible for me to have the order split and the item that is in stock shipped now and It Came From the Stars shipping like a sidecart item or as a separate shipment when it arrives? I am willing to pay the extra shipping if necessary to do this.

Thanks,
James May

I don't have much experience with the Tome of Battle classes and the relative power level to Pathfinder, but I do know Dreamscarred Press is working on a conversion of the Tome of Battle to Pathfinder. I think it is called Path of War.

Dark Archive

Thanks!

Dark Archive

Hello,

I was looking over my sidecart in anticipation of my next subscription order going out and noticed that I have a few items in my side cart that I purchased recently.

GameMastery Critical Fumble Deck (3.5/PFRPG)—Non-Mint
Paizo Publishing, LLC (moved from order 3026190) 1 @ $10.99 $ 7.00

GameMastery Item Cards: Skull & Shackles—Non-Mint
Paizo Publishing, LLC (moved from order 3028788) 1 @ $10.99 $ 7.00

Would it be possible to remove these two items so that I do not get a second deck of each?

Thank you,
James May

Dark Archive

I need to cancel my subscription to Planet Stories. I hate it, but I need the extra income. I will still pick them up when I get a chance.

Thanks,

James May

Dark Archive

Thanks for fixing my subscription Alison.

I am in the same boat. I want to finish my subscription with #12, so I don't want #13.

I am also in the same boat where I need to end my Pathfinder subscription at #12. My group has decided to rebel against me and go 4e, so as much as I would like to continue subscribing to Pathfinder, since I won't be playing much 3.5 anymore I really don't need to keep getting adventures for it.

I do want to keep my Planet Stories Subscribtion though.

Thanks,

James May

Dark Archive

Whatever you do, do not use dry erase markers on this! I picked up the wrong marker by accident and now mine has a huge ugly green boat drawn on the square side. My friends laugh at me each time I use it. Dry erase markers do not come off by any solvent I could get my hands on commerically. But I really loved it until I ruined it.

Dark Archive

Good Morning,

After some careful consideration of my monthly budget and my overwhelming pile of RPG material, I need to cancel some of my subscriptions.

I would like to cancel my Pathfinder Modules, Pathfinder Companion, and Pathfinder Chronicles subscriptions.

The only ones I want to keep are the Pathfinder Adventure Path and Planet Stories.

This is not a reflection on the quality of the products, which I think is excellent. Nor is it because of your customer service, which I think is stellar.

Thanks,

James May

This is fantastic news! I am a huge fan of Monte Cook's work. Pathfinder keeps getting better and better.

Keep on producing awesome work!

I like the idea of wizards using a d6. I usually play clerics, but single time I have played a wizard it has died before reaching level 2. A few extra hit points would be a nice change.

I would rather they got level 1-20 settled before they think of ways to fit 20+ into things.

I agree, but I defintely want to see epic rules for Pathfinder (that are fun to play) in the future.

Thanks,

Dark Archive

I want to chime in on the thank you's. I just got off of the phone spreading the good news to my group. We are looking forward to running solely Pathfinder games.

Thank you for the risk you are taking in moving out of the pack to provide us with what we want. I know that we will be supporting you all the way! My wife and I have also made a commitment to only purchase RPG products from your website as a gesture of our support. (If we had a local game store we would also purchase your products there, but we do not.)

Keep up the fantastic work,

~~JM

Dark Archive

Would I be safe in assuming that Second Darkness is going to be 3.5 since it is being released under the OGL instead of the GSL (or is it just wishful thinking)?

Dark Archive

Wow! This is very cool. Short of coming with free back massages, the benefits of being a Pathfinder Subscriber could not get any better.

Thanks for this!

1) Do you plan to convert to the new edition of D&D?

No, my group and I are pretty much against anything we have seen so far in fourth edition. We probably won't convert until 5th or 6th edition comes out.

2) If Paizo converts its RPG products to 4.0, how will that affect your purchasing patterns for our products?

If Paizo converts to 4.0, I will actually not purchase most of it, unless there are easy to use conversion guides. Things that are system neutral I might still buy, but overall, I think you would see a gradual decrease in my purchases. Especially if another company puts out quality 3.5 stuff. No sense in keeping purchasing things I would not be using. (I'll still keep my Planet Stories Subscription.)

3) If Paizo does not convert its RPG products to 4.0, how will that affect your purchasing patterns for our products?

If Paizo does not convert, I will continue with my subscriptions and anything not subscription based, I will probably pick up as well, due to WOTC not getting any of my money for the new edition.

We'll consider this idea, as well as the idea of a calendar featuring some of this art. Right now the closest thing to art prints of these covers we have are three postcards featuring the covers of The Anubis Murders, City of the Beast, and Black God's Kiss. They aren't for sale, though. We hand them out at conventions and send them to stores to hand out.

We'll consider the prints idea.

--Erik

I really like the idea of a calendar. Calendar's make a great poor man's print. I would love to see some of the Planet Stories Art gracing my game room.

Dark Archive

Thank you for this well thought out and written post. I feel smarter for reading it. (Which is unusual for 4th edition posts.)

Thanks for posting these, 33 pages is a huge time investment! I look forward to perusing this in detail.

Dark Archive

Thanks for posting these, I may start using something like them in my campaign.

Dark Archive

This looks pretty cool. I just purchased a copy and can't wait to give it a try in my games.

I have always been disappointed that more was not done with the different types of magic from ToM.

I also wish someone would write something this cool for incarnum magic.

Dark Archive

Man, my masochistic players are going to be sad that this has been pushed back. They love the critical hit deck and for some strange reason have been clamoring for me to get the critical fumble deck as well.

Dark Archive

I think I can see where the OP was going with his overextended metaphor. Working in a business that deals primarily with churches, it is kind of funny to see how they squabble over which one of them is truest to the "original text."

Basically, and please correct me if I am wrong, what you are saying is that pretty much everyone who is not accepting 4e, is responding in a similar manner as evangelical christians; who squabble amongst themselves over which ones are the most faithful.

I can see how it would be easy to simplify the conflict as this. A better analogy might be needed to express your ideas. People see what they construe to be a religious topic and go ape.

All this said, I guess I am a member of the church of 3.5. (Being a megachurch member, due to your analogy, I guess I am doomed to start playing 4.0 pretty soon; since sterotypically megachurch members are only at megachurches because megachurches are popular.)

path will now be 4E. I will still have 3 issues of Pathfinder
coming to me. Since I have no interest in an adventure path for
a game I'm not buying will you offer refunds for the remaining subscription.

I'm also pretty sure I remeber Erik Mona saying that they intended to produce 3.5 until the end of 2008 and also a promise that they would not change editions midadventure path.

Of course those promises where made before the ogl information was released, but I imagine that given Paizo's great track record as far as customers are concerened, even if they do decide to release the third AP for Pathfinder in 4e, they would probably provide some kind of alternate stats for 3.5.

I guess it wouldn't be too bad to try out a dragonborn. They might be okay to play as.

The groups I have been with really haven't done much with dragons so I'm not too sick of them.
