Shopping Cart is not working

I’m trying to complete an order since Thursday, and It’s not working. When I click in “Proceed to check out"” on the “Items in Your Cart” screen, the system asks me to Sig again. After I rewrite my password, it returns to the store-front page, and I don’t have any option of complete the order. If I click in the “View your cart” bottom, I enter in this screen and in the moment I click to Check out again the system asks to sign up, and then I’m stuck in a kind of loop between this three pages, and I never have the options of chose payment method, confirm the shipping address and complete the order.
I tried this with three browsers in Windows 7, and my Android Tablet and the problem is exactly the same. I think the problem is the site machine or my account.
It is a new problem, the site used to work fine with me. I’m almost giving up this order, because it’s so frustrating.

Same with me. It just keeps asking me to authenticate again and then dumps me back on the Paizo main page. The only difference is when I first attempted to complete the order I got to the point of being able to select payment. I then clicked complete order and then it dumped me into the loop.

It's still not working. The first time I entered my CC info, and it's been looping ever since.

I am also having a problem with being looped to the main page when I try to check out.

I'm sorry you were having trouble checking out. It seems that there is a bug that's popping up in the check out system for some people. The tech team is looking into it.

I was able to submit your order from our side of the system. You should soon get an email confirming the order information. I currently have it suspended so that it will not try to process until you have a chance to review things and give us approval. Please let me know if everything on the order looks correct, or if you see any changes that need to be made.

So, we've been waiting for approval from you to actually set it to ship. I'll take this inquiry as confirmation that you would like it to ship, and unsuspend it. It should now be able to ship out soon!

I am currently having the same issue.


I am having the same issues as well. I have tried from two different ISPs and using two different browsers, just in case it's somehow a client-side problem, but no change occurred.

I can inconsistently get further into the checkout process, but at some point I keep getting redirected to the login, then the main page.
