You know, Pirates didn't really talk like that..the stereotypical pirate has a Cornish accent, based on the performance of Long John Silver by actor Robert Newton in the 1950 Disney version of Treasure Island". He was from Cornwall, and his over-the-top performance and native accent are the reason people think that's what a pirate sounded like. Pirates came from all nationalities, each with their own accents. Unforchanatly the pop culture image is firmly embedded, and Robert Newton is the reason why.

My party defeated the entirety of the blackwall keep adventure in a little under 4 hours - and none of them dropped below 3/4 health. Amazing what two clerics can do with command (approach) and hold person...
Other then that, in HoHR none of the dopplegangers could touch the PCs, even the greater one, (forgot his name).

So, my group did the champions belt perfectly up to this point, except that they snuck around during the day. During the day, Bozal is sleeping according to the magazine. Now, they all have ranks in move silently, snuck up on him, and clubbed him to unconsiousnus, and now he can't release the U becase he is tyed up and gagged by an expert - should I have the demon come and rescue him? Or the Stasis end by completion? Or a mental release? I need help..

Ha, I am in college earning highschool credit at the same time. Yay for my states board of education! I am starting my senior year in a month and a half. Geez, I feel young. I guess only old fogies read this magazine..

Hey, here's a form I made for my group that you guys might be able to use. They really enjoyed filling it out, and roleplayed doing so well (the guy playing the barbarian held it upsidedown, looked confused, scribbled on it, and gave it to the cleric to fill out).

Does anyone know where I can find the font that they use for the Age of Worms? I wanted to make little avatar thingy that you could put on myspace or whatever with the AoW logo that said something like "I DM in The Age of Worms!" or "I Roleplay in The Age of Worms!". I wanted to make it look profesional, thus, I need the font.

I started doing the AoW campain with my group of friends last month, and we have just started the second installment. However, while my group was going through the Whispering Cairn, my brother (who normally doesn't play, but he was in town over break) suggests that the Cairn would make a good hotel or resort with a but of a tuneup. The beds are allready in place, the facilities need an elemental to be bound to them, but they are in place, some work on a elevator, and something to make the "Challange course" a little less deadly. However, my group thought the idea was awesome, and are now trying to impliment it. Any help on how I could handle this (either stopping them or letting them do it)?
