About Haska Graniteheart

Haska has always had restless feet. Although he loved the stone halls of his clan, he also had a remarkable tendency to wander. Sometimes into the tunnels, sometimes above ground in the woods, highways, and plains of the surface-dwellers.

As he grew older, he felt drawn to the sturdy doctrines of Torag. He studied to become a member of the clergy, but spent so much time wandering afield that it took him twice as long to complete his studies as it did his fellow students.

Upon being granted the full privileges of a cleric of Torag, he wandered off for good...

Stability: Dwarves gain a +4 racial bonus to their Combat Maneuver Defense when resisting a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground.

Craftsman: Dwarves are known for their superior craftsmanship when it comes to metallurgy and stonework. Dwarves with this racial trait receive a +2 racial bonus on all Craft or Profession checks related to metal or stone.

Rock Stepper: Dwarves with this racial trait can skillfully negotiate rocky terrain. They can ignore difficult terrain created by rubble, broken ground, or steep stairs when they take a 5-foot step. This racial trait replaces stonecunning.

Darkvision 60ft.

Hatred: Dwarves gain a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls against humanoid creatures of the orc and goblinoid subtypes because of their special training against these hated foes.

Weapon Familiarity: Dwarves are proficient with battleaxes, heavy picks, and warhammers, and treat any weapon with the word “dwarven” in its name as a martial weapon.
