Thanks for the info and help. I updated the sidecart to ship as soon as possible.


Order 4898726 says it shipped today, but it doesn't say anything about my sidecart order 4949107. How do I know that it shipped out with my subscription order? The mail notice says only one thing shipped.

It looks like my subscription to the Dead Suns adventure path is causing the problem. My order 4559015 doesn't say it's on there, but when I check my subscription, it shows part 4 is on this order and gives it an order number of 4559017. It also says it shipped on October 2, 2017.

Please take a look at this and let me know what's going on.

I was wondering why my order still says pending. When I placed my order nothing was on backorder. Could you give me an update? Thanks.

It's been 12 days since I sent in my original email. When should I get a response?


I have emailed twice and still haven't gotten a confirmation that you received my email. I sent pictures in the email from both books. Order 4400355 was from my subscription and order 4436996 was purchased at Gen Con by my wife. Please let me know what is going on to serve this binding issue or if you need more information from me.


August 12th is a Sunday. Did you mean the Monday, August 13th?
