I am likewise having no luck in getting past the personalizing message. Kind of a huge annoyance since I just got the humble bundle pack.

I know that's what it is, and same here. They do have a huge announcement at the top, which is fine except for signing me out every so often. Which means of course sign back in click click click and wait oh wait sign back in click click .... wash rinse repeat..

So, this is two years later, and I imagine it has something to do with the whole humble bundle thing. Which is frustrating. Considering after a while I'm automatically logged out and then I face a missing page error. So no download at all.
I've been trying for three hours now. Mind you it says I've downloaded something. "Today" but nothing. Sorry it's now 1am I'm tired and frustrated. I've turned off all adblockers, I've allowed for popups so currently I feel naked as hell. meh maybe I'll try in another week or so
